Hope in the next podcast with Dr. David Turner, you could ask him about AGEs & Autophagy.
As puzzle pieces falls in place for me, there should be an inverse relation between them, and maybe therefore "water fasting" exactly helps the body to get rid of these agents.

I am also curious about this. The way I see it is when you go into autophagy, everything in the cells that are being processed will be released into the system. For instance it has been discovered that the metabolic drop in people that lose a considerable amount of weight is due to a lot of pesticides trapped/"neutralised" into the fat cells are coming back into the blood and they end up with up to 400% more pesticides in the blood, affecting the thyroid. So maybe its safer to longerm reduce AGEs consumed instead

Is it possible to destroy AGEs in the body by fasting?

"Once AGEs have formed on tissues and organs it is irreversible so fasting cannot destroy AGEs that are already formed. However, healthy fasting does reduce our exposure to AGEs as we do not consume as many of them through diet." - Dr. Turner

Damn. Why do AGEs taste so good? Can evolution be wrong?

This whole A.G.E.S. Foundation primary focus increasingly seems to be purposeful confusion about endogenous vs. exogenous advance glycerin ends products. They are not the same thing and are a huge contributor to this 'confusion' you keep mentioning.

I’m curious about how AGES affect people differently. My godmother always seared and fried, she has great skin few age spots and a very firm skin for someone over 60 years old. I have more wrinkles than her at age 32 and melasma to go with that. Observing different people with their diet and lifestyle we’re not all affected the same so Im wondering if this could be due to how we detox, process these AGES? Could it be mindset as well? It would be interesting to see studies with people that have good health and skin and that also broiled and fried their food throughout their lifetime to see research what happens.
Just something that comes to my mind when I see people doing all the “wrong” stuff yet look gorgeous and im here doing more than most yet have many issues! 🫣
