This Video is for critical purposes with commentary. - Hry
Resistance is inevitable, that is such a badass line from seven and means all the more coming from her
I love that we get close enough to the bar that we can actually hear the bar scene happening. Timeline??? There's no TIME to worry about TIME, we don't have the TIME!......what was I saying?
Look, it's a primitive culture, I'm just trying to blend in.
"You're blended alright..." :D
I'm sure you can pick holes with careful analysis, but this was rather quite clever.
And actually gets round a plot hole from First Contact - why they appeared not to send drones to the surface as well as to Enterprise.
I really like how Enterprise ties into First Contact, history doesn't record any drones making it planet side, but some do, when the sphere is destroyed, they land in the arctic and are frozen for 90 years, but naturally, all events around that incident were classified by Command and likely Section 31.
YOOOOO ITS BEEN A MINUTE! glad to have more of this 😊
Cool you finally filmed this mission.
Yes! I love your STO videos. It's always fun to watch.
My favorite part is just how absolutely done Seven sounds.
She really doesn’t want to have to continuously fight the fuckin Borg every goddamn week.
On the other hand, what rifle are you using? That thing looks dope
Discovery Phaser rifle.
@@barrybend7189 Will need to get me one of those, looks really nice and would go great with my MACO RP stuff.
@@PeterMuskrat6968 you get them in the Discovery starter/recap missions just before the J'ula and Klingon civil war missions.
seven dealing with the borg is like having to hear about that one cousin that you really dont like dealing with but for some reason you're the only person in the room who knows how to reign them in so whenever that cousin starts mess EVERYONE turns to you for advice.
@@barrybend7189 Thanks!
Gotta say that intro was pretty swank.
Thank you! :D
On the day of first contact I'll be 90 years old... assuming I'm still alive.
Lift a glass to toast those of us who will be taking dirt naps long before then.
I'll be 58 damn
Assuming you survive the Eugenics wars and WW3.
@@zomfraggerI Didn't think about that
74, if I'm able to live long enough
You know, I never knew that you can listen in on the bar and hear audio from the film. I may have to check that out next time. Thanks.
To one temple, agent to another, do not mess up the timeline sincerely captain of the Uss Phoenix h.
did that mission just to hear Deanna go Marina Sirtis mode
"This is no time to talk about time. We don't have the time!"

Playing this game because you made it look so fun
Unless you're a major ST nerd, it isn't
Love the way you start this one,,2 👍way up
Neat to see a video on this side mission. It's a neat exploration of further FC lore & coincidently lines up with the ongoing mirror Borg arc. A shame the mission is only seasonal though. Happy belated (or early given 2024/2063/2411 time travel) First Contact Day.
One of my favourite trek films now connected to one of my favourite youtube channels!
Top work as always!
08:57 - Agent H, MIB
some light work for your captain was pretty nice, and to think once upon a time he got bored on risa because everything was too simple and he wanted action.
Live long and prosper. 🖖
This was sweet.
That may explain what's happening right now. Or parts of it at least. Can't be helping that the 25th century is a mess of temporal shifting right now.
Tonight is my 14th play thru of this mission. As soon as I finish I’m doing another play thru with my new Photon Burst! 💥 💥 💥 😊
I was just wondering if you had a video on this. Cool.
It would be nice to see and hear the details on how the Temporal war or events surrounding here potentially led to the STO universe like you hinted here.
Yeah, I started doing this mission for the event. I got tired of doing Synth Wave.
Heh. I'm doing lots and lots of model rocketry, myself.
AYOOO a Tricorder Neuralizer!
Ah I see we're dealing with the MCU version of Seven on this mission, apparently.
I would've liked to have seen Montana...
Hunt for Red October Great Movie!
If I had the setup to do so I'd have made afan trailer of St Voyager with Last Voyage Of The Demeter version of The World Is A Vampire bgm to it
When I’m down there, I’m not in civilian clothes that a PC player thing Rick
Err Neerrrr! Its dah Berg!!! Resesternce rs furterrrr
I'm kind of surprised that you didn't meld it with the model rockets TFO...
if not for all the crap going on with the publisher, and who owns them, they should have updated the model rocket launch map to match with what Bozeman was like on Lower Decks when they borrowed the "Theme Park Ride" version of the Phoenix.
April 5, 2063 isn't just First Contact, was it also the day (night) the Men in Black was disbanded on planet Earth?
Although my headcannon has the MiB org still hang around till Fed founding and then later integrated into Section 31. Maybe they 'fix' all the Prime Directive violations?
🕶
Time travel shenanigans, Orbital bombardment, messed up time lines, devastation. Hale... what have you done? Again....
EDIT: Okay, that sounds like Jeri Ryan but its *doesn't* sound like Seven. (No I haven't watched STP).
Because by this point, she's (mostly) resolved the parts of her that are Annika and the parts that are Seven, hence why she sounds more relaxed and human.
Though anything involving the Borg just makes her annoyed. As the Borg rarely do anything creative.
There is are 2 major plot holes in this mission. One the borg could just use the enterprise's transporter systems thus not requiring the need for planet side emitters. Second there is the crash sphere in the arctic. The borg could just salvage components or regenerate the ship without the need of assimilating the missle complex. I don't think borg transporter tech is considered sensitive since nearly every warp capable species has them in the 24th century.
Anyway I'm just nit picking the devs.
1. Pretty sure that Data locked up all critical systems, which would include transporters.
2. The Borg weren't trying to get their stuff operational again, they were trying to stop First Contact, so they wore on a very tight schedule.
They would need to kill Cochrane, and if that failed, stop the launch. Taking over the facility would do that.
Data locked down the Enterprise's systems, and the Borg were never able to break his encryption (not until he turned it off himself). That's why the Borg didn't just beam themselves wherever they wanted to on the Enterprise.
@@ffnbbq No really. There is the shuttles plus Federation transporters don't rely on the main computer to operate. One assimilated shuttle or transporter pad and the borg are in business.
hi sir i got to ask wich kind of ship is the one on the final part of the video in orbit of earth??
It's a customised Akira/one of several ships related to the Akira using different parts.
I didn't know the borg wore crocs
Man... what aspect of Star Trek is Seven of Nine not involved with now, lol.
i need to know what coat Mark is wearing here.. for Reasons
Not that'd it happen but that'd be really cool and interesting if they put dinosaurs in Star Trek
...They have. See the Voth. :-)
