Great video John, thank you! I have a slightly less mobile left TFL, and I think it's the cause of an audible 'snick' in the knee joint during a breaststroke kick, accompanied by very slight pain in its MCL. Hopefully working on mobility of that fascia will resolve the issue!
@@emaan132 Yes, the main one was to stop aggressive stretching of the knee joint (the kind breaststroke swimmers do). I came up with a new stretch that targets the fascia chain from the leg muscles through the TFL and up into the latissimus dorsi and arm itself. Now I don't have the problem at all any more.
