Nordic Hamstrings Curl
Find a partner to secure your legs or tuck your feet under under a low bar. Brace your abdominals and tighten your glutes, then lower your body slowly down to the ground. Catch yourself with your arms, then push yourself off the ground, while keeping your spine in a straight line. Do not break from the hips or stick your butt in the air on the return to the starting position.
At COR, we call this exercise the "cramper". It puts high stress on the calves and hamstrings, often resulting in a cramp. Read more about the cause of cramps here and if you get a cramp, stand-up, walk around, and loosen up the legs.

Doing these regularly got rid of pain I had had for six years in my lower back
no, no, no... this is all wrong. this is how to do it: (1) lie supine on the floor; (2) put a 50cm x 50cm rubber mat over your groin area; (3) put some weights on the mat, eg. weight plates, dumbbells, chains, whatever; (4) squeeze your glutes for slow and fast reps. viola, behold the Weighted Supine Glute Squeeze.
the Big advantage of a SUPINE glute squeeze, is that the floor gives you instant feedback about how hard you glutes are contracting. incidentally, i forgot to add to point (1) lie on a yoga mat, its more comfy😉
Great explanation thanks man
Very good video. Very nice technique with the legs also.
My shoulder s Dislocates easily when trying to swim or jump in water.
I’m a trainer, too. Great job with this movement and your instructions. 👍🏻
Thank you . I was trying to understand why is my knee paining daily after swimming . Now no more breast stroke from tomorrow. Thanx a tonne ❤

Slow. Down.
ive hand tingly hands and weakness for months now, i cant write i cant grab things like a mug, i cant even type on the laptop properly anymore. when i bow my head it really sends a tingly sensation in my spine and hands
Isn’t that movement at 1:23 how you get a high elbow catch?? By raising your shoulder closer to your chin it reduces drag and can provide more leverage.
Hey, I had a question about a person situation with my UCL. About a year ago I had a low grade tear on my UCL (I’m a javelin thrower) that pretty much stunted my season. Do you think that I am okay to go back to throwing? When I was throwing back then I heard a pop every time.
What are the other means of treatment
Very helpful thank you
This man saved my life

Fingers go numb.turn yellow???
I'm all 4 .
Thank you very much for this 👍
Thanks for these advices! This is the only video I have found covering such an important issue; however, it would be pretty helpful if you get into details or offer a program which would help to return to swimming safely after a shoulder injury! All the best
Why not mention putting the hands under the glutes, palms down and focusing on keeping the lower back on the floor? It activates the core instead of the hip flexors.
Ice locked my back even more
What if you've had scapular winging for years & are in pain. I'm definitely open to healing. Nobody has been able to help me over the years. They act like they've never seen it before
Thanks. This is a legitimate need- thank you.
Thanks so much!
It hurts me watching you do this test. Not good. That 3rd test makes it possible for me to sit up.
Simple video, but exactly what I needed to see :) Thank you?
This is an awesome video. Thank you!

How do we make our waterpolo shot even harder and faster
Love this vid
Since no one said it, thank you 👍
Very helpful, thanks a lot :)
Thanks, great snippet.
This is incredibly useful. I am feeling uneven tissue in my upper traps while during the release. I am wondering if those could be adhesions. And if so, would the exercise time should be longer? Also, could tight upper traps contribute to constantly tight suboccipitals and subsequent daily headaches?
My partner suffer from discomfort on his leg, back and neck. Thanks to this particular lower back pain guidebook named Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it), he was able to deal with all those difficulties. He said it gives the coziness he wants during sleep, especially in keeping away from back ache.
I have 3 of 4. I have been asked a lot about pain down my arm but I have none. Does that come in time or could what I have be something else?
She already has great mobility, clearly. Increasing the range of motion and then mobility can lead to hypermobility and is just as bad.
Great notes about treatment. Thanks!
Sound is bad.
Your sound is bad. Makes it harder to watch.
Thanx a lot this helps a lot :)
I had been encountering low back pain whilst attempting to sleep at night. I feel that my hips will get out of placement when I rest on my side. I never experienced this kind of situation once again after I found out about this back ache guide known as Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it). Will not waking up a couple of times at night time with back pain.
