Lori! Hi! I've missed hearing your voice and that New York accent I love so much. You sound wonderful! Thank you for sharing your photos of you and Howie. What a lovely couple! What the heck did he do for a living that allowed him to shake Obama's hand?! 🤣❤ I'm so glad you took time off. I can't wait to get my hands on your paste!! Excellent video! Sending big colorful hugs and love your way! And the tattoo.....sniffle.....❤ Love you!!
You have been missed Lori. You and your family needed time to grieve for a beloved husband and father. Happy you feel ready to return to what you do best. Sending love from the UK. Impressed with the paper.x❤🇬🇧
So glad you're out of your closet. Moving out to your room. One day you'll get to the front door, when you're ready. Great to hear your voice has lifted. Grief is hard. And it does get better, the moments of happiness eventually get longer than the sorrow. You needed the time out, never apologise for that. Wonderful to see you back! Hugs
Love the miniature sabbath or sukodt dining tabl. I love miniatures. Could you reveal at some point the specific printer model you use. The greatest paper can destroy printers, my Brother laser printer is kaput! I used the hand feeder. I only did approximately 20 copies for coloring. It was 67lb vellum paper and card stock. The drum was destroyed. I tried using Staples printer service. As my grandmother would phrase it, “They don’t know from coloring paper.” They messed up my order putting everything on plain paper. I asked for each of my Etsy purchased dreawings to have two cardstock and two vellum Bristol, 67lb weight. So good to have you back in our lives again. It is a mitzvah to be needed. And you certainly are!
So happy you are feeling better. So happy you’re back. It is something we all have in common is losing a loved one. Death is a horrible thing, but at the same time it brings those we have left closer to us. We all grieve differently. If you feel yourself slipping back, don’t forget to put yourself first.
Dearest Lori,I am so happy to see you back. Knowing only too well what losing a husband is all about, I can easily understand your pain. I was 38 years old when my Bob died. 3 children, youngest 9…..all I can say is that life goes on but is never actually the same. May God bless you and your family. Know that you are loved and appreciated for all that you do. I are in my thoughts and prayers and will always be.
Hi Lori! It is so nice to hear your nice teacher voice again and i am proud of you and your family for holding on. In every tear that glitters is a smile of memory……
I,m so glad you are back Lori! There has been a void in this world without your voice! So if you're ready, I'm definitely ready to get back to learning and growing with your teachings and leading the way. Sending lots of hugs to you and your family🙏🏽🤗❤
Welcome back, Lori!! How awesome to hear someone's voice that you truly appreciate and long to hear, you are loved as if you did not know it. Great beginning!
I’m so so happy to see you back! Watching your pictures warmed my heart. I also found your Shabbat table super cool. May God bless you and your family.
YAY!! Your back. So happy to hear your voice, but like you said you and your family needed this time out before the healing could begin. Interesting paper your testing. It held up pretty well against nearly all the mediums you tested. Great to hear youintend marketing the new formula base paste. For someone like me who is disabled and can't make the old formula because I can't stand for very long on my feet for more than few minutes. To to buy it ready made is fantastic. ❤❤❤ Love to you and your family, Lori..
Welcome back ❣️❣️ there's healing in art! I'm glad you're talking about paper!! I had a fiasco with some very bad coloring book paper!! It left stripey patterns when you colored with pencils on it. Need to get me some base paste! ❣️🕊️🌺
Good to see you again, I learned your recent loss and God bless you with love and peace! I think you paper was an watercolour hot press, but I am waiting for you next time! Have a beautiful weekend with your loving family and friends around you! You are lucky to be loved and to be surroundings with so much love by everyone who support you in your recent husband lost! 😊❤
Welcome back. You were missed. I am so glad you took the time you needed. Jus remember we love you & care about you and if you ever need to take more time for you & your family we will understand. Loved this video.
Such a warm welcome back!!! You sound good and yourself, and so loved. (I'm late because my computer broke and I got it back last night.) Oh how I missed you
I am so glad to have you back!! Hope you are do better each day. Sending healing light your way to you and your family!! Glad to see you doing art again!!
Welcome back Lori! Been thinking of you all during your time away but it was important to have your grieving and family time. I look forward to your new videos and learning more from you ❤️
I don’t care if it is a parent, a sibling, a child or a spouse it is not easy😢 taking your time and getting your feet back under you takes as long as it takes so, grace be to you and your family and so good to see your how too’s!
Thank you. I am doing better and better with time. My main focus is controling my emotions. I was crying at the littlest thing, but have learned to keep it in until an approprate time. If I heard a song or had a sudden memory I would start to cry. Now I can turn off the feeling and just let it go later on in the day. This has made a huge difference. I will miss my Husband forever, but can accept we will meet up again and be together later. I have to learn to fill the time between now and later. I also have get to know myself again. I have always known me and him. I have never made decisions without him and it's a very very weird feeling. Even picking out what to eat for dinner is hard. Do I want something or did "We" want something. Food shopping was very hard. Things like that I have to get used to. Even choosing what I watch on TV was hard because we always compromised. I felt very guilty picking out things that I knew he probably wouldn't want. Learning to say OK to myself now isn't as easy as it seems. He didn't like overly girly Hallmark type things. I did. We always compromised in the middle. Now I can watch the girly things and often feel reall guilty in case he is with me and is stuck watching. Silly I know, but that's the life of a Widow.

Oh man, it is so good to hear you voice talking, explaining, teaching, you were truly missed Lori. Thank you also for sharing intimate moments from your experience with us, it is very gutsy. I hope it had a positive impact for you in this emotional process. ❤️ And also, I have a question About the new base paste recipe you mentioned, is it adding mica instead of pastel? Or is it something different entirely? I would like to try and do it by myself.
Good to have you back, Lori! So glad you took the time you needed. You sound better. Looking forward to seeing where you are going to go with your teaching. Just remember though, if you hit a bad patch and need a little time off, please do it. ☺️

Yaaaaa! I'm so happy you're back!☺️🙋😍. And of course I was balling crying at the beginning of the video!🤷🤦😂🤭. Now I'll have to look back at the last couple of questions I asked!🤷🤦😆. To see what I was working on at the time. Got a bunch of changes I've just made. I'll tell you about later. Looks like some awesome paper! I'm hoping we can get it!!??🤷😆. I'm just so happy you're doing a little better and can start moving forward!☺️🙋❤️🔥🙏🕊️👋👋🥰
Hello. In your 3D - Rolling ruler video, I saw a grid like background with ruler like markings and angles lines. What is the name of that? Is it a board or plastic mat? I've seen other artists that have this but it's not used during the video. I'm dying to know what it is so I can do research on it and possibly buy one.
You will find out soon. The other 2 sheets had printed pictures and I didn't want to show the art work. This is because of style and I didn't want to anyone to guess who or what it was yet. I like to keep a little mystery going.
I’m really happy to hear your voice again! This community isn’t the same without you.
I lost my husband 10 years ago, so I know what you are going thru. So good to see and hear you! Bless you Hugs! ❤️🥰🌹

So good to hear your voice again. I have a question? Which recipe should we use for your background salves you designed? Thanks so much!❤️
Welcome back :) i'm looking to get a printer, do you have any recommendations?
When can we purchase your baste paste Lori? I am so looking for a portrait set.
While teaching a class at a student's house, a Star-Joy Gold pencil fell on the floor and her dog ate it. Is there a at for me to get a replacement!

So does anyone know the brand of paper? Can’t find reference to it in other later videos.
The company asked me not to tell. It's for a company that makes coloring books. I don't even know the exact paper, but I wish I did.
Only 3 sheets
You will find out soon. The other 2 sheets had printed pictures and I didn't want to show the art work. This is because of style and I didn't want to anyone to guess who or what it was yet. I like to keep a little mystery going.
Sorry. Hear
