I recently discovered your channel, and it has been quite beneficial to me as a statistics student. One conundrum I face is that I do not want to work in data analysis or data science because programming is not my strong suit. Is there anything that will allow me to work without having to rely so heavily on programming?
Tbh .. I doubt it .. statistics Professor? And many data analyst don’t necessarily have to program

Would hedge fund managers fall under a statistics major?
With correct wconomics/finance background not impossible
My first bachelor's was in EE but am going back for a bachelor's in either data science or stats.
My question: You previously advised against majoring in data science, but you also said you don't use 90% of your stats degree. So why might majoring in stats be better than majoring in data science?
Also, is it possible to get a Master's in Stats with a Bachelor's in Data Science?
I’m definitely still learning as I go, however I still believe what I said before. Knowing statistics is going to be beneficial to you regardless of what you decide to go into. I still think college data science programs (bachelors) are lacking. To answer your second question, yes that is definitely possible!

@@ChristianGardner i graduate in 2025… currently i’m just volunteering but i just got a on campus office job for a bio research facility and the lady said she would be happy to introduce me to research graduates bc they use a lot of R or something like that and get me involved w their projects so i took it lol.
