love the squares - i have an 89' with a 5.7 chevy crate 350 with the th350 and a ford 9 in the back from a 78 bronco, and a dana 44 front from a 74 scout - sitting on 35's with a 3.54 gear ratio

Hahaha I built my 3 link in my gravel drive way took about 3 months but still a working progress. Started with a artec double triangle 4 link I cut up and made into a 3 link all for less than $2200. To make it into the 3 link front. The rear is still leafs.

Would have liked to hear more details about the "bastard pack" xj springs, but I'll take a guess and say it looks like an xj pack with an extra xj main leaf (with the spring eyes cut off)

I paid $1k for my 05 Super duty axles with an ARB so the extra labor was worth it. Plus my labor is free to me. 😂😂😂

Does WFO make anything for 94-02 Ram 1500/2500 axles? 1st gen 1991-1996 Dodge Dakota, 1997-2000 Dodge Dakota and 1998-2004 Durango make perfect swaps for Ram axles they fit perfect! I have built a couple already with 2nd gen Ram axles and so far gathered that a dual rate soft ride 1500 front spring 0-3” is perfect with dakota rear leafs for a nice ride if you plan to clear anything up to 38x15.50 like im running. Im planning to CNC and fab some boxed front radius arms like a 05+ super duty or 13+ ram axles coming off the transmission crossmember with adjustable upper links for caster adjustment similar to jeep longarm kits etc.. My truck is a 1st gen 1996 Dodge Dakota single cab 6.5ft shortbed with 5.2 V8 Magnum and NV3500 5 speed manual transmission with the rare yet overlooked NP231DHD transfercase and its way way low geared but im planning to SYE it if the HD tcase can be done and 6 pinion planetary swap, its 112” wheelbase factory but assuming when the projects done it might be around 115” or so. Boxed solid radius arms so can handle some abuse, crossover steering possibly with ram assist off the front diff cover to handle these 15.50 tires, 4.56 gears to retain the feel it does near stock and try to fab up a Thuren track bar then ditch the center axle disconnect in the front (dang dodge) maybe do locker conversion eventually. Once she finished she’s getting an HX35 turbo on 6-8PSI using HP Tuners i got for it for a reliable, fun and capable rig you could take anywhere! Ill say this much the 38x15.50 Toyo MT on 2500 ram axles under 1st gen Dakota gives some serious width, looks like one of those trucks from Iceland!
