Nice set up. Mine is similar. 79 toyota with SBC bored. 60 over. Sm456 trans mated to np205. Dana 44 front, 14 bolt rear. With a flatbed. Exhaust running out the hood. Mini spool in the front. Welded rear.

What upper radiator hoses at?

When you say runs “ice cold” do you mean it sits at operating temp 210? Or never gets over 215?

Any front stretch on this build?

I have one that is relatively close (not near as nice) and I can't seem to get it to stop wandering....all new front end, psc steering box, steering box mount is new etc etc. caster shims in place. Just begging...any ideas on how to correct? it will drive up the crown of the road by itself.

What brakes are you guys running on the front axle?

I am building a 73 highboy but I am going to keep the divorce transfer cases I am putting a power steering box in out of a 79 ford and also going to put power brakes on it but I’m going to leave the rest of it original other than building a 390 fe for it

i just tried doing this eadjustment for the box centering at least on my 73 cj6 It has a later CJ box with the o-ring pressure and return lines but still has the 73 steering shaft and big diameter steering wheel. I am only getting 3 1/4 ish from lock to lock. I assume that is normal for a later model cj box? I got it all centered up and it mainly meant adjusting the drag link to get full lock up on the knuckle stops on the side I wasn't getting full turn to lock. Im weirded out about the box though. I wonder if there was a parts house mix up with the box and I got a car based box? I've had it for years but it was on my jeep that used to be trail driven only. I've since restored the jeep and taken it back to street driven duty and light trail use. Should I get rid of it and find a 4 + lock to lock box?
