When Joan of Arc [prime] was first introduced to Rise of Kingdoms, I predicted that Joan + Harald would become the ultimate city-popping cheeseburger meta. This is because the specific combination of Harald's fourth skill (Stamford Bridge) with Joan's fourth skill (The Blessed). But does this actually work like the text suggests it should?
