    There is a large selection of windscreen coverason Amazon. The more effective ones seem to be the fuzziest. About $10.

    I have a curiosity question about the weep hole. If you were to take a small piece of plastic tubing and clean out the weep hole put jb weld around the outside of the tube push it in to the weep hole let it set. That would not let it close or would it?

    • @OkieWindmiller
      @OkieWindmiller  Před měsícem

      Man good question. It would have to be very small tubing……..that would be one problem. At that point, it still might clog up, but, might not!!!!
      Thank you for watching us and asking the question. I will think that over!

    If your 300 will not cut good threads you either need new dies or are not using enough or good enough oil. I know you try to recycle but used oil will wear the dies and when they are wore you need better or more oil it is a vicious cycle where sometimes it saves money by spending money if you want to use the used oil try getting a oil pot with a pump and pour it to it when threading. Your probably tearing off half what your putting on?

      @OkieWindmiller  Před měsícem +1

      Thank you! The 300 will do much better threads but it’s at home. I have new dies(rigid), but they say the junk pipe we buy these days just tears. I have asked people in the trade and they all say the same thing. Still decent threads, but not great. I’m a toolmaker by trade, and wish I could single point them but………. I do not use rigid oil, I use Oatey brand, but you are correct, upgrading oil could help! Thank you for the info and watching! Please stick around!!

      Yep I think that was the first day of the camera. Sorry. I was new and had nobody to train me, but I’m hoping to keep getting better!!!!!😀

  • @jackwalker3582

    Constructive criticism: The camera was too far back for too long a time to actually see what was happening. You could edit out half of that and not lose any useful content.

    • @OkieWindmiller
      @OkieWindmiller  Před měsícem

      Man I love constructive criticism, yes it’s hard to k ow what and how to video, and actually a lot of people say set up a tripod and just let us watch. We need to add more cameras so we can flip between scenes, but for now, still need not one. Maybe soon😀. Thank you again!!
