I'm impressed with your rethreading tool Shane. I've manually retreated 7/16' sucker rod with simple die holder with sucker rod clamped in vice, and it's tough to get a good start. This rigid tool is definitely worth it to work efficiently and get the job done.
Man puddin said you was a good dude. Ill give you this you are a worker lol and looks like you wouldn't be nearly as far if you didn't have that pretty lady. She impresses me how she's two steps ahead of you. Take it from an old man try to keep her happy a good one is hard to replace. And sometimes its hard to keep them happy but if you try it helps. Another thing you don't want to be a one eyed old man use safety glasses every time especially when you use a grinder. Damn buddy puddin knows that.lol. when you climb them towers why don't you have a safety belt on? I know they get in the way but getting used to them gotta be better than a wheelchair. Right? Yeah I'm preaching at you but its hard to live with your mistakes later in life. Anyway I enjoy your channel. Later
Work ethics like that will only get you repeat customers and recommendations from happy customers! You’ll never be out of work ? At least that’s what I found in my 60 years of work , plumber retired
Don't you ever put anything in they top of the pipe to stop the damage to both of they metal from rubbing metal to metal with any other way of doing this from wearing out both of them like a plastic splint rings
I have seen it all. Some people use plastic pipe, a plastic cap, steel cap, etc. they all wear and don’t last. It seems it’s better if the top is left open versus trying to close the top. The only sure way is a stuffing box, but they also wear. Me(and all the windmill guys I know) all use the open top method, which is just the pipe above the “T”. All of this is my own opinion tho……😀. Thank you for watching!!!!

Howdy!! Thank you for taking the time to subscribe and say hi!!!!!
Another good job. You should develop a "S&L Handy Dandy Freeze Fuse" breakaway piece that only takes minutes to replace.
Haha I should for sure if they keep breaking. Or, a turn off service….i will come do it for you before storms or hard freeze…….!

Man thank you!!!! I sure try and if I have ever cut a corner to help me out, it always bit me down the line! Thank you for tuning in!
Have you ever fallen or had any scary moments working on windmills?
No sir. I’m very scared of falling but always am completely aware of what’s happening and what I’m standing on. Thank you for watching!
chain it down for spinning ?
Yes, the chain helps it stay down when it’s really pumping hard. When we use a casing well seal instead of a plate with bolts/set screws, it helps!
how many gpm at 100 feet if its windy?
This pump with a weep hole will average 3 or so.
