I know its hard to draw a whole manga, I have experience in it. But at least make it believable, I clearly can see the artist used 3D model. That's explain some poses and faces looked so weird.
That's what I thought about it, 3d model comic is bit different from 2d one, so artist getting poses right is difficult but I Know that if he continues on improving the 3d model poses, it would make good 3d comics as 2d

mm... Appearance and punctuality are a big deal too: It is believable because people can ace interviews if they say the right things, so people get judged on a lot of stuff during the interview too. These people are strangers, so you have to judge based on the information you have, for all the knew he just knows how to say the right things on the interview, but is actually a shit worker. It doesn't sound like he explained why he was late and what happened either.
Noa did say that appearance and punctuality were considerations from the moment the interviewee steps foot in the building. It's harsh, but some places really are like that.

As a side note, some interviewers at businesses tend to take the hiring process to extremes, which leads to good candidates being passed up and @sskissers that work the system getting hired.

A refreshment room that caters to employees and family. Sounds like a very loud place. Maybe there was mistranslation in reference to the Refreshment Room… Still the concept is a little off.
