This is, no joke, maybe the best video for distance I have ever seen. My drives went carry 200 to 250 just from watching this, I never understood what to do with my legs and just swayed around without energy transfer. When I did this for the first time on Tee 1, I literally got goosebumps and my friend screamed out loud, I had never seen the ball fly like this before. And I am only getting started to be able to do this, gonna be driving par 4s soon. 😅 Oh and I play with one arm only! :)
This is the best tip I've ever gotten on CZcams. It's so naturally athletic. Everything else just falls in place when you have the lower body working properly
I couldn’t agree more how this guy only has 10,000 subscribers uncanny. I think that’s how you use the word uncanny if it wasn’t for auto correct I don’t know that I would’ve known how to spell uncanny
Couldn’t agree less this guy is useless, he’s reading out of the how to be a bad coach manual. Snapping your left leg is so bad. Makes you pull it and block it.
Started golf 2 months back. Im terrified of the course. After 2 weeks of watching your videos, my game improved by 10, and my confidence rocketed.Thank you for all your tips
These shorts and those of Mark Crossfield are the ones to take to the range and watch while training. The only difference is that you won't sing Mark Crossfield's videos for hours after watching it!👍😁
Had a pro teacher tell me in a drill to “hold my back foot heel off the ground all the way through the swing. Helped me feel the force and timing. Worked for me.
This dude single handily corrected and has improved my swing mechanics from start to end. Also the only place Ive learned the importance of the hips (its where all your club speed is)
Easily the best CZcams instruction I’ve seen, and I’ve probably watched 1000+ videos to fix my game. The crazy thing is you beat everybody in knowledge, with a 60 second short! Keep it coming bruh!
It’s a form of paddle wheel action where linear motion is converted to angular motion. Hips move in a circular motion and the shoulders impart that angular motion to the arms and club.
I've been doing speed training for about 5 weeks and have improved by about 8% so far, but have hit a plateau. Have found that I'm simply not using enough of the ground, especially with having a shorter swing. This is a FANTASTIC tip to help generate those additional forces with the ground. Thank you!!!! Your videos are awesome man. 👍🙏🔥👌💪
Using your advice I have been able to add 20-30 yards to all my clubs. As a 60 year old fat guy this is distance I thought I'd lost forever. Thank you!
I legit teach newbie snowboarders how to turn and learn edge control from the same foot motion as shown in the video. My mind is BLOWN! Idk why I didn’t think to do the same in golf omgosh
This is a great tip. Raising the toes of the trail foot flattens the arch which shifts support to the inside of the foot. Conversely curling the toes of the lead foot down raises the arch and shifts support to the outside of the foot making it easier to turn in the finish.
this is a great tip, i've been trying to get the body pivot correct and this seems to be it. it's more originating in the feet and getting the rest to turn and open up. thnx.
Jake - I'm confused about what the arrows actually represent. Example, in the downswing you need to push forward with your left heal (for righties); opposide of the red arrow correct?? You don't actually push your left heal in the direction of the red arrow do you? I might be asking the same thing. The move promotes the firing of the left hip away from the ball. I really like your videos, they have helped tremendously. Thank you.
Can I lift front foot up a bit? I feel it more and compress and hit better and weight transfer when I lift heel up a bit. It feels weird if I leave feet on ground I can’t feel the motion as much

Your videos are the best videos that explains the true feel of the golf swing, better than most of youtube instructors, plus the music bonus, love it

Agreed, very relatable
@@razmataz8388 Dude, chill. Everyone knows golf instruction is something that isn't binary. Not all instruction applies to every golfer.
No music, straight tip, love it!!!!

This individual makes more sense than anyone else giving advice!👍🎯

Jake your tips in jus 1min are better than a half hour lesson with any other pro well done keep it simple brilliant mate 👍👍⛳⛳
This is absolutely perfect. You explain more and better in a one min clip than anyone else in a ten minute clip.

Thank you, well done, I'll be on tour by May.
You'll need shoes though fyi

Saguto is the goat
This is one of the best drills to feel what you’re supposed to do on CZcams. Great job with your content!
This is a video about the golf swing, not about feeling what you’re supposed to do on CZcams. I’m confused.
Sad I just find these videos now… you’re a golfing legend of CZcams rn!
This is the best golf content on the internet.
😮 are you kidding me…I LOVE THIS !!

Brilliant been golfing for years your instruction is simple yet powerful
That old school CCM hat is so beyond fire. Just thought you should know
@jameshuston2396 Yup!!

Incredible engine for speed and distance! Thank you !

I legit teach newbie snowboarders how to turn and learn edge control from the same foot motion as shown in the video. My mind is BLOWN! Idk why I didn’t think to do the same in golf omgosh
That sound at impact tho 🔥

You are great my guy, and absolutely on point 💯
Righteous! Thank you 🙏
At first I didn’t see the net and thought, he’s really going to yeet that in to his neighborhood 😮
then relief 😅
Love these 'bite sized' swing tips my man. Can work on 2 or 3 of them with 1 basket of balls @ the range, great work!!
Wish I could practice in my back yard with a net. ... I'd slice and hook around that all day, my best shots would probably pop straight over the net😂
Love ya jake, these are such great little nuggets!
Helped me alot
this is a great tip, i've been trying to get the body pivot correct and this seems to be it. it's more originating in the feet and getting the rest to turn and open up. thnx.
This is nothing but the best!
I used to think I was coordinated. Golf is very humbling.
Great video. Would love to see your tips for coming over the top, turning your right shoulder over in the swing.
His video about trying to feel like your losing in arm wrestling during the down swing is a good queue. Has helped me flatten out a little bit.
Wider backswing makes it almost impossible to come over the top.
wow, that is a great nugget of information!!!! Thank you
Very good instruction
Big massive thank you sir
super duper clutch
So awesome 🤟 this dude must hit it miles!
Nice CCM bucket. I knew you were a hockey guy. Anybody with lettuce like that is lacing them up.
Awesome explanation!!!
오늘도 잘 배우고 갑니다 고맙습니다 ^^
It’s funny to imagine how many viewers stoop up and did the foot action right after watching. 🧠 💡 🎉
briliant!
Love the videos any swing for people with really bad knees
Awesome! Any tips or drills to be crazy accurate?
I just broke my window trying this
So gooood❤

It’s a form of paddle wheel action which converts linear motion into angular motion
Good video :
Thanks
Holy cow
Guy is on all platforms
Dude I think this is what I’m missing for the extra power
I was always told to keep my left heel on the ground

Just do exactly what he says. Don't worry about it making sense. As soon as you feel it thrn it will makes sense.
Awesome
That hat is clean
Sick hat
I'm lost without the singing
You da man!
The fence? Oh that was put in bc my elderly neighbors think I talk to myself and swing golf clubs…
Asking permittion to subscribe, Sir! You'r my champ.
Permission granted
How Do you get CCM hockey cap ?? Nice video
i didn't see the net there, was waiting for it to leave a hole through the fence😂
What net are you using and what stretches are you doing to get the shoulder flex in the back swing?
That is joke that's good. I would buy that
Can I lift front foot up a bit? I feel it more and compress and hit better and weight transfer when I lift heel up a bit. It feels weird if I leave feet on ground I can’t feel the motion as much
Shout out to the CCM hat!
My dude
I gotta take some lessons from Jake. He’s wearing a CCM Hockey hat. All I need to know. How do I find you Jake?
Purina!
How far can you drive the ball. ?
Wicked
I'll try... but it better be easier than rubbing my belly while patting my head🤔
Does this work in all clubs?
That's great but what about lateral movement. Cheers
I’ll post one that soon
Is that Graphite shaft?
Can I subscribe again bc this is so good
I thought you were wearing shoes that look like feet for a second.
Videos are great, some of them are confusing though.
I like you!!!
