Interesting you described exactly where I am in my game that has gotten me to where inproving ballstriking is my number one focus. I got below a 7 handicap but have poor ballstriking w irons and a super in to out swing due to years of compensating for an open face. Now Im starting miss left more. Ive started working on a similar exaggerated feeling of getting open and hitting with more right side bend and less shaft release. I basically have been starting from a good impact position and just trying to get back to there. Strike has improved a ton. A lot easier to keep low point forward. Hoping to actually see some changes on camera when I film some swings.

Too inside out is a killer for contact. More outside path changes contact and with steeper angle of attack quickly.
