BROTHER I just got back from the range, and I was working on this. I know people say this all the time but when I tell you this LITERALLY turned my habitual fade/slice into a tight draw that was landing in the same spot over and over…. the “brake” of the lead foot is why I could finally close the club face. Un freaking real! 🔥🔥🔥

My old college coach tough me to hit with the feet together to get better balance better tempo, and that would give me more power. It worked ,as a 5'6" i could hit 320 after i did this training.

Hello from Barcelona, Love your creative way of teaching! I have had lots of teachers and none explained the cast like you do. I was told ad nauseum to “pull the rope” but it never meant anything to me. Now I drop the club as u showed and then pull it which gives extra speed and a great 10m extra with the driver ! Very happy with that ! with the irons I have got better distance but the impact is soso kind of thin. I’ll have to figure out the missing piece. Looking forward for your next video :-)

I have recently learned to shallow due to loosening up in transition and unwinding from the ground up causing the club to shallow naturally via centrifugal force. I don’t think people should actively try to lose the arm wrestle, although it may look that way on video. If anything the shallowing move comes more from the right shoulder like setting up for an underarm throw.
