Hello from Barcelona, Love your creative way of teaching! I have had lots of teachers and none explained the cast like you do. I was told ad nauseum to “pull the rope” but it never meant anything to me. Now I drop the club as u showed and then pull it which gives extra speed and a great 10m extra with the driver ! Very happy with that ! with the irons I have got better distance but the impact is soso kind of thin. I’ll have to figure out the missing piece. Looking forward for your next video :-)
I was over swinging, and that not only made me cast too early, it also made me loose swing speed, and cup my lead wrist. And I was loosing my core rotation because of the over swing with the arms. Shortened my swing, but increased the shoulder turn. Retained the lag longer, increased the swing speed and lost the cupping. Now I put marks from the tee in the center of the face on my driver. And broke 90 for the first time the other day.
