Good system. For 120$ it is a good deal.
Best part is that you can update the TPM module from 1.2 to 2.0 and install Windows 11 natively on it.
Fix the RAM, put a 6C/12T 1650 V4 in it and let's say a GTX 1080 or even an RTX 3060/3060Ti in it, I think the max will be a GPU with a 8 Pin connector, I know that there are 2 PSU models for it one is a 525W and the other other is 700W(I think this one has 2x8pin PCIE but not sure).

When I saw the title, I thought it was one of those scam eBay gaming PCs (I didn't notice the thumbnail) as eBay sellers (as well as Amazon and Walmart) are notorious for selling old cheap computers, even SFF desktops with no upgrade path, with a GT 730 or GT 1030, and putting "gaming" on the listing. I think what they might be doing is they only test Fortnite or Minecraft rather than a modern game like Cyberpunk 2077 or Hogwarts Legacy and are calling them a gaming desktop because Fortnite, Minecraft, and The Sims 4 plays well which is not an accurate way to advertise gaming performance.
While the prices are better than the Alarco, ViprTech, and IMAGINPC, I still call it a scam because the listings would imply they're affordable gaming desktops when they're actually bad at gaming. You would need at least a GTX 1650 or similar AMD GPU to get playable performance from modern games (maybe DDR4 RAM for some games), a GT 730 *isn't* going to run games like Hogwarts Legacy. On top of that, they usually come with a slow 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi adapter and a poor quality gaming keyboard and mouse which you can tell by the wrong shape Enter key. Unlike the $200 laptops which are literally unusable, they're still good PCs aside from gaming performance, slow Wi-Fi, and cheap keyboard/mouse.
    As for the computer itself:
Something you don't see in newer gaming desktops and cases these days is the DVD/Blu-ray drive and a 5.25 bay which is often omitted in newer cases. Also, some of the newer systems tend to use smaller motherboards even though the PC could use a larger motherboard which is not the case for the Z440. The 8 RAM slots is interesting as most desktops only only have 4 slots.
I remember seeing some 1 star reviews complaining the computer they received being different than what is listed or not including the promised parts like a video card or Wi-Fi adapter. Personally, it's better that it doesn't include the Wi-Fi adapter because a lot of eBay (as well as Walmart/Amazon) sellers as well as STGAubron (Skytech) and ViprTech tend to include a poor quality (likely no-name) Wi-Fi adapter often runnimg at *2.4 GHz 802.11n* which is slow compared to Wi-Fi 5 (11ac) and Wi-Fi 6 (11ax). It would be better to get a TP-Link Archer T2U or a PCI-E adapter to get better speeds (the latter can even add Bluetooth) or use Ethernet.

$120 (or $170 including shipping, as others pointed) is decent price for a Z440.
Although I'd rather go for dell 5810 at $110 ish. which is same generation CPU and motherboard. Get a used GPU for less than $100 (which you will do to the Z440 too), add some RDIMM for $20, upgrading the CPU for $30, and you are good to go. Depending on the CPU used, you may need a higher power PSU, which is $30-50.
