Any system with a clean install of Windows should never boot straight to the desktop due to legal reasons. The OOBE (Out Of Box Experience) should always be triggered by the seller once they have finished setting up the system for their customer & it is the responsibility of the person using the system to agree to the terms & conditions, also to set any of the privacy settings during the setup of the system

Not everyone can afford an expensive state of the art PC. Hell, I can't even afford that one.
if you really want a state of the art PC, then you should do what i did, buy a piece every month untill you have everything
most of the components are reasonably priced, exept for the GPU, those cards are pricey, i only went for a 1080p
4Gb DDR4 one, all the rest is too expensive, i did put 128Gb DDR5 RAM in the PC, i bought 64Gb at a time
like i said, if you sread buying the components over several months, then you can buy a powerful PC

@@ronnyb5890you don’t need that much ram you just spent a stupid amount of money. Most high end pc gamers literally use 32gb of ram. Still, because it doesn’t do anything. Just buy a high mhz 2x16gb memory. You literally are saving 200bucks. It honestly hurts seeing that you bought 128gb of ddr5

so, RAM is crucial for music creation, certainly if you have a lot of virtual instruments in your orchestral composition
I mean - for $217 this is LITERALLY a good deal! You need to add another 100-150 for a LOW PROFILE GPU in this order from worst to best: GTX 1050, GTX 1630, GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, GTX 1650 (normal, Super, Ti) Then I think the RX 6400 belongs here and then the RX 6500, RTX 2050, RTX 2060 - and now we are getting to the price of the system - so $200+ RTX 3050, RTX 3060, RTX 4050, RTX 4060. Think that pretty much sums up your options. Personally I would try and find a GTX 1650 for this CPU pairing. It will literally crush most modern games in low 720p/900p/1080p - depending on the game.
And a SSD.
And a better monitor

@@SAMIAMFNX I mean the thing is - sure - you can get much better monitors - but as someone who grew up with CRT monitors (12" and 14" CGA, EGA and VGA was the shheeeiiittt when the first PC my dad had put in my room when I was like 6 had an "amber display" :-D ) - these cheap monitors are ACTUALLY not that bad. I would 100% upgrade the keyboard and mouse first if It was me - since you can at least get fairly competent mice on sale for like $20 all the time.
Man just remember my dad worked on a VGA monitor for days which had been thrown out due to it being "not repairable" - and he fixed it - so I could play Wolfenstein3D! Dads are the best! 😀
I think for a low end set up for gaming it would need to be around $400-500. Better to just make the PC yourself with a decent size PC case so you can fit in everything you need. But for those who don't want to make their own PC I would agree with the video that this setup may not be worth it, for gaming anyway. If you can fit one of those GPUs and replace the hard drive with a small ssd, couldnt tell if there was a M.2 slot then thats already a big upgrade. Monitor could always be upgraded later.
Apart from the mega cheap peripherals, that may be a good entry level pc for anyone. Would it be possible to upgrade the hdd to ssd and add a gpu? I realise expense but an idea. Also after snapping that keyboard I think you should have stomped on the mouse to see how that held up 🤣 Love the channel and much respect.
You can't upgrade anything really in that pc, I've got the same and the cable management is horrible and the components are so close together

that hdd was a enterprise grade hdd so its basically pretty fast hdd main reason as to why it feels pretty responsive
The best GPU you could fit in there is probably a 3050 low profile but considering most of these come with 240w psus a 1650 super low profile is probably safer.
Actually not having windows installed is the correct way TVN, having windows installed means the seller had to agree with the terms of service which the buyer did not and YES it's stupid but Microsoft Windows does see this as a illigal move on the OEM TOS. Linus Tech Tips was able to explain it and everyone agree's it's stupid, but Microsoft owns it so they make the rules
I don't understand why all modern gaming stuff has to come with RGB lights all over everything. Like, do companies think that is what gamers want? Garish multicolored lights over everything? Keyboard, mouse, speakers headsets....even the bloody _mousemat_ for gods sake! Why does a mousemat need LED lights around it? RGB lights just look tacky, and makes even the most expensive equipment look super cheap.

You can probably OC the monitor - however I don't know if the crappy Intel onboard graphics allows for it.
These Optiplex PC are for sale from 50 euro. A SSD 128 for boot 12 euro, SSD 256 for 16/18 euro Ram for 8GB 10/20 euro.

The reason for having to do the setup of windows has something to do with license agreements.
For minecraft its better to launch it by lunar it gets you an insane amount of fps or sodium

At this price, with all the extras, having a hard drive is expected for even a useable amount of storage, Though with its specs you wouldnt be able to play any large scale games anyway.
you didnt need to restart the game. you were already on performance mode and you switched to direct x11

if u tryed to put ssd and used sodium and instal lenix and play in 1.8.9 u will get almost 800 fps

On fortnite, directx 11 would actually be the second lowest graphics settings, the mode performance would have been a better option from my understanding.

I could be dating myself, but this remonds me of those big "Computer Fairs" in the mid and late 90s, where people sold cheap parts. Cases, Soundcards, Video cards etc.. I think those computers were better quality. LOL

These pc's are mostly used at office's, most will know that. gaming on these so called setups, is not impossible, lowest settings + limited in games that one can play, but why hassle, an old pc, can be fun. Just add a low profile GPU and you are on the go. ;) One has to love oldskool ;)

Once I had a hp elite tower PC for 120 bucks from Amazon and it ran worse on Minecraft because it had Intel HD 2000. I had it for 3 years and the hdd failed so my dad changed it to an SSD and bought a fresh windows 10. After 2 months, the motherboard bios is corrupted. So I advise you guys to not buy a refurbished PC. They are not worth it. Even if your on tight budget. It's NOT worth it.
