Reed Richards as Doctor Doom with the blue hood and cloak looks really cool to me.
He does! And Tony Stark as Ironlad kinda looks like Kang. His helmet at least. Don’t know if anyone else noticed that.
Kinda funny considering Ironlad is a young version of Kang in the main universe.
So the Maker in this story is similar to what Dr Manhattan did in the DC Doomday Clock event. He prevented the creation of a lot of DC heroes during their reboot.

I don't understand why they keep saying he wants to make this universe like Ultimate Universe. When he is doing everything in his power to prevent it from becoming another Ultimate Universe.
No he wants it to be another ultimate universe just one where he's in control and there's no heroes to stop him

Kinda, just like they did in the original Ultimate Universe where they use Samuel L. Jackson's for the likeness of Nick Fury well this time they could do a new version of Nic Fury but this time using the likeness of David Hasselhoff from the 90's movie. After even if the David Hasselhoff movie was inspired by the original Nick Fury from the comics the original doesn't look nothing or act like the David hassellhoff version.
Calling it now. The new Nick Fury will be a woman called Nicky Fury lol

The original Ultimate universe Thor didn't have a hammer that was powered by technology, that was a lie that Loki told the Ultimates to turn them against Thor in Ultimates 2.
Ultimate Thor was always magical and his powers/armor were always powered by magic.
Making him technological is a bit stupid imo. Glad they took it back. Also his supposed tech helped create other super soldiers; so I think it makes sense story-wise.

The new ultimate universe is incorporating their own version of the MCU and in my opinion that is awesome.
When it comes to Jonathan Hickman though the way I feel about this new rendition that he is doing, is how the main Marvel Universe should have been Rebooted from the start.
As soon as they announced this my thought was "I wonder if they'll use this new universe as a blueprint for MCU style ideas similar to the original Ultimate universe?" That way the 616 can return to being its own, non-movie influenced world and let the new Ultimate universe mirror the movies
Let's just hope is take on inspiration from the MCU not M-She-U.

is not the actual ultimate universe, is a different universe that is similar in some elements, being sort of altered to something like the main universe combined with the ultimate universe version

20:20 i like how on these pages it sort of sets up the different books of the ultimate universe like how on the different names it has some of the major spider-man characters then it talks about the girl who's going to be in the ultimate x-men book and the shadow of black panther in that other image

In the original Ultimate Universe during the makers origin he manipulates Ben Grimm into killing Doom. It’s a great scene.

In the mcu they have everything they need to make a science version of mjolnir. Gravitonium or chitauri gravity tech. Vibranium or even left over metal from the destroyer armor or the beserker staff. An arc reactor. And finally, the weather manipulator machine from agents of shield that accidentally gave that student freezing powers.
Shrink the weather manipulation machine down using advanced stark tech or wakandan tech, use the arc reactor to both power the weapon and absorb the lightning, and the gravitonium manipulates gravity so that it can only be picked up by the user or someone with unimaginable strength. Just use power from the arc reactor to influence the gravitonium in a way that makes the hammer literally as heavy as earth, or gravity trickery like it’s center of mass is actually on the moon.
I’m loving what Hickman is doing with Ultimate. Again.
I’m intrigued as to what this new Reed will do to build a new FF now that everyone is confirmed dead.
This takes, "Guess who's back, back again?" to a whole new level. Now I'm really feeling nostalgic.

Ultimates Thor & Rune King Thor from Thor disassembled, have always been my favorite incarnations of the character. They just gives of that vibe of godly intimidation. This is honestly why i never liked Chris Hemsworth (DISNEY), goofy version of him.

I always loved the ultimate universe. I think I liked it more then the normal one. I read it years ago and I remember it ending with the earth flooding or something like that, I think everyone died. Maybe its time I can come back to it
We need something like a Marvel 616 Vs 1610 story arc. Or, Avengers Vs Ultimates.

so this is essentially Ultimate Universe 2.0 since the original is gone gone and the Maker is trying to recreate it

@@victornieves1794 it’s a new ultimate universe, essentially the Maker from the 1610 Ultimate Universe has escaped the 616 Main Marvel Universe into another Universe and interfered with that timeline to create his own version of the Ultimate Universe, so yes it’s not the 1610 Ultimate Universe from before
