I saw one documentary in which it was shown that somewhere in Bihar the grooms are kidnapped to forcefully marry a girl against his will, because for a girl's family it's hard to get a "decent" groom.
When the advocate said "ye sirf shadi k pressure k liye ye FIR kiye hain" ..it reminded me of that same situation.
Man Got jailed just with a complaint that too after 3 years, and for the bail he has to pay 10k. Now if the FIR was wrong then the girl will just say sorry. #equality

After viewing so many videos of Patna high court, this judge really seems biased towards female victims he never considers the side of male accused.

My father's uncle adopted my father. had taken Before dying, he will make a unregistered will in the name of my father. His father uncle wife unregistered will protested in the court against my father year 1978 ago 1st grade assistant collecter PCS. The will case went in favor of my father year1980.According to the court order, the property will be in our favor after the decision of the will case is in favor of my father. My name will be transferred after the death of my father Now the victim again made the same case same issue second time file on me. My Father has passed away. The victim did not even tell the court whether he had fought this case before. Presenter by creating a fresh case. The court is issuing summons.I have court orders. And more proof I also have old orders of cases which have been disposed of. Apart from this, I have also taken a copy of the case file of 41 years ago from the Revenue Department. My lawyer is fighting the case. It has been 9 months of harassment. Now my lawyer has given a final answer under section 11 resjudicata
What is final conclusion.. . Does boy got extempt. Frm all cases...
