    Courts should also be careful not to pass ridiculous judgements which leads to the public disrespecting them. Respect needs to be earned.

      The function and order of the court is on the basis of law, not dependent on public opinion. The public can control the court by the election and by the parliament.

    Our judges are rather delicate and sensitive; I was once told that putting my hand in the pocket of my own trousers is showing disrespect to the judge. I replied that in India judges are there to protect the rights of people who put their hands in other's pockets.

    Why Supreme court wanted 1 month leave when 24 lakhs students suffering.including Supreme Court no body really bothered to give quick solution to suffered genuine students. When essential service works 24x7, 365x12 like doctors police etc what supreme court done for student over 1 month.India's legal system should be changed first

      The case going to supreme court shows incapability of the government to fix any issue. The government and NTA refused to acknowledge any malpractice and paper leak in this exam while the evidence was right infront of their eyes. We just cannot go to supreme court for every issue but there is no other option

    This is shameful and disrespect towards judiciary and most them are aware of these incidents,i have attended court for MLC cases we have to wear apron and put mobile phone on silent and we have to enter court room and greet the judges,my interaction with most of them was good,they will give respect to doctors and in my cases judges were like polite and respectful towards me ,once a young judge saw me and he told to take my case first, being q doctor my time is precious, to treat the needful people, I'm greaful for those judges who are so polite and as a young doctor it created good impact on me , thankyou sir and madam

    I have never seen any judge (former or present), commenting about inappropriate clothing of a women. As soon as we speak about women's proper clothing, it sparks a heavy backlash regarding misogyny and patriarchy.

    Seriously ,Judges are passing judgements on mangalsutra ,bindi ,Pandit, sathpathi and what not and just because these judges have absolute power they are threatening people .I lost respect for judges when I saw some judges made vogue judgements ,Judges behaves like gods and public often trapped in vicious cycle of lawyers .Common citizen should be allowed to fight his own case as lawyers always manipulate .I am studying law from past 4 years and have read a lots of rulings and most were unfair .I don’t have lawyer certificate 😂.I know the law but I can never reach the judge as I will always need middleman .

    Court should take action only against the culprits of misconduct just because of these incidents court should not ban video conferencing hearing because thousands of poors who are Party-in-persons who do not have money to travel to delhi for attending hearing in courts are benefiting the facility of video conference hearing. so Court should take action as and when such incidents occurs and court should never even imagine to ban video conference hearing

During that time after putting forward his point the lawyer forgot to off his camera and he assumed that the camera was off but it was on so he was having his lunch in the zoom meeting infront of the Solicitor general and the General came to know the lawyer has forgotten to off his camera so he called the lawyer and said about his camera and later on when the lawyer was found hurrying to switch off his camera the Solicitor general was found mocking the Lawyer

    Courts should take decisions without any bias, some times courts are deciding decisions at late night for high profile people's like Satalwad,Aravind Kejriwal, Soran etc. When lakes of cases pending more than 10 years old. There is no equality before law Judges thinking that they are more superior than other human beings.

    Lawyers should be *appropriately clad* , whether appearing in person or through video conferencing. Decorum is important. Every small thing matters in upholding the seriousness of justice dispensation. In today's noisy and often rebellious Democracy, Courts remain the last bastion of decorum and dignity. We should not allow the whim of a lawyer to overwhelm the writ of the SC. NOTHING can be too small in the arduous quest for Justice.

    Why judiciary employee are given vacations. There is not so work load upon them as compared to other departments.

    I think court should show respect towards citizens of country. Judges are not kings but servent like any other government employees. So instead of focusing clothes of people they should focus on work.
    Also I want to clear one thing I am not against courts and judges but this is just not right...

      @@GladwinBenjamin I agree. But court and judges have more responsibilities. They should not have to manage these things. This type of things should be managed by other staff members. And if clothes are really important then court should give judgement or ask government to pass bill which address this dress code issue in court.

    It is better these judges have more prudence, which many a time not to be seen
    People certainly don't expect the lawyers exceeding the limits and decorum, but judges act law unto themselves irrespective of the lawful arguments, and they have become positive drags for democracy
