Junior lost his job as soon as he said senior was present.
Even that senior lawyer seem to be lost and unaware of what the judge was trying to convey. That's the problem there are so many such lawyers...

Hon'ble Judge knows the state of legal education in our country, everyone is becoming a lawyer without any screening. In this case senior had absolute knowledge of what is happening in the case, he sent the junior as a scapegoat. Litigation is a game of chances and uncertainties.

Hon'ble Judges don't read the bail petitions a day before. They read it in the Court itself. It's the experience that even though once they glance through the pages they summarise everything. BTW they do peruse the important civil cases a day before as it requires a lot of time and effort to recall the chronology.

I understand that judges need to be respected, but whats all this bullshit about being addressed as “ Me Lord” or “Your worship”. This is a legacy from the British, who themselves have probably changed. We are a sovereign country, and we need to move with the times.
One silver lining….. the judge seems to patiently explain the process to the junior lawyer, which is not commendable.

How can you called Guru (गुरु) for Advocate and Chela(चेला) for junior Advocate in your headline. Further before calling HC Judge you must be use prefix Hon”ble for Justice then write further. Your words lowering the dignity and respect of the Advocate and legal fraternity as well as the majesty of the Hon”ble Courts. Dear Uploader/ CZcamsr be careful it can be treat as Contempt of Court because Advocates are also treated as an Officer of the Court. Hope this type of derogatory remarks or headlines for Advocates or Courts will not be use by you or your organisation in future.
