I have no any knowledge of Law, but I watch various legal matters specially through You-Tube, it is painful to say that every thing is not going well with CJI & Supreme Court & other Courts in India.
Before CJI Chandrachud retires he will pass all BJP'S criminal laws and wipe out all their crimes and criminal activities.
Till today he has done no justice for the citizens.
He rejected the oppositions request to have 100% tallying of EVMS with the VVPAT saying learn to trust EC. He thinks oppositions are fools. If he had respected the oppositions request, then today this incompetent character would have lost. India and humanity wo have been saved....Shame on him.
PMLA should be scrapped immediately.

I feel that supreme court is dutybound to repeal all provisions under various laws which infringe upon the fundamental rights of the citizens given under the constitution of India without any delay. This will not only reduce the unnecessary burden of numerous ligation pending as well as the misuse of authority by the Govt through various agencies like ED, CBI Income-tax etc.
He's started the project to sustain in the long run, because he's leaving by Nov. When he's gone, they won't overturn without overturning judiciary.

The problem is in judisheary.....laws if someone is in jail for years and no investigation on case ... miss using same by govt to opposition with no mail....how should we see as comman people .....no evidence😢 on crime and without chargesheet .....in jail .....what is the suprime court role and chi role to active the role

सरन्यायाधीश धनंजय चंद्रचूड साहेब जीसे मनी लाॅड्रींग केस पेंडींग रही भी तो क्या हुआ ? सब मामलें गर चंद्रचूड साहेब जी ही निपटाऐंगे तो और सरन्यायाधीश साहेब जी क्या करेंगे ? ऐसा तो है ही नहीं के चंद्रचूड साहेब जी सरन्यायाधीश पदपर आए और अभीतक कुछ भी काम नहीं कर रहें हैं! आश्चर्य है के वह इतना सबकुछ इमानदारीसे निभाते रहें हैं फिर भी उनपर शक करते उनको परेशान और डिप्रेस्ट करने कि चेष्टा कर रहें हैं ? उनके खूद के भी तो कुछ मामलों के प्रती नियोजन होंगे ! क्या सभी काम सभीको बताकर ही करेंगे ? गये छुट्टीयों में भी उन्होंने कामकाज चालू ही रखा छुट्टी सिर्फ नाम कि रही ! सुप्रीम कोर्ट के लोक अदालत कि भी तो तैयारीया करनी होगी ! क्या सामान्य नागरिकों के लिए उनको पहलेसे ही मामलों कि तैयारी करनी नहीं पडती ? सभी प्राॅब्लेम्स भारत देश के नागरिकों के लिए तो चंद्रचूड साहेब जी ही लगे हाथ छुडवा रहें हैं ! धन्यवाद
