I love the camera work on these videos, slow close ups so you can see everything with calming music, no loud over excited voices or those quick cartoon zoom in and outs
🎥 Slow, steady, and serene - just the way to savor those culinary moments.
How I store avocados-in my stomach. Works every time.
Lemon Juice if wanting to use part of avocados.
I go for eating the entire avocado at one time, too. Saving it doesn’t work for me.
🤤 🥑 🤤
Same, we never have leftover avocados.
Glad to hear you can catch the 15 minute window of avocado ripeness!!
The King of tips!
I was worried about you, not seeing a video from you in a while. So happy to see you are alright- love all your tricks and hacks! Keep them coming!
Thank you for the concern!
Your tips are always so helpful! Thank you for sharing them again today.😀
Keep the culinary adventures going! 🌟👩🍳😄
Better idea for tomato paste - freeze in 1 tablespoon portions using an ice cube tray then put in a freezer bag. You can still store it flat if you arrange the cubes in 1 layer.
Tomato paste in handy cubes-saving space and ensuring the perfect portion every time. Freezer-friendly hack level: expert! 🍅❄️👩🍳
I do! Keep a tray just for tomatp paste
i do the same 😊
Or just put the paste on a piece of parchment or wax paper in tablespoons, freeze them on a baking sheet. Once solid roll up the paper with the spoons of paste rolled to the inside and put the whole batch in a zipper bag to store. Simply remove one dollop at a time as needed.
I’m an old gal and have been doing this for years😊
I was impressed with the bacon idea, would never thought of that. The coconut one honestly blew my mind!!!! It really makes sense, especially when you need fresh coconut for a recipe. Thank you for sharing.
I love the peppers pirouetting in the air! You make normal everyday things look so dramatic and beautiful.
Fantastic 😊 Thank you Chef!
🤗
Great tips. I learn so much from you.
That's fantastic to hear!
Brilliant helpful ideas!
Your videos are awesome! I always learn something new! I look forward to your next video!
Stay tuned for more tasty tips and tricks! 🍳🎥👀
Just found you. Oh my gosh.
I love love love this. Told three of my friends and they are going crazy about you also. I have always been insecure in the kitchen and thot to much work. Not anymore!!! I love the way you go from one subject to another!! Slow and steady but and not taking 15 minutes of explanation of the “why”. That is why I never watch a kitchen show plus they all have fancy pots blah blah. Please don’t go away
Watch the older cooking recipes too. They're amazing
❤️😊

These tips are genius!! I already knew a few but the rest were new and exciting. Thank you!
Genius vibes all around! 😄
Here’s another tip to go along with the tomato paste idea. Put the flattened bag of paste on a tray. With a ruler or something similar, press lines horizontally and vertically to make squares. Then put the tray into the freezer until the paste is frozen. Recipes sometimes call for only a tablespoon or two of paste, so all you need to do is break off a square. I use the same storage method when I shred a large quantity of ginger root. You usually do not need to use a lot of ginger root to flavor a dish, so you can make the squares even smaller.
Thanks for inspiring me to realize how pleasant and easy cooking can be. YOU really are the best on these channel.😅😅😅
So glad to hear that the cooking vibes are spreading joy and ease in the kitchen.🌟
I keep citric acid in my kitchen because I can't always get lemons when I need them and can't get to the store. It works just like lemon juice.
Smart workaround!
Citric acid in dishwasher will leave no water spots on anything.
I have learned so many new ways and easier ways of doing things from you. Thank you.
Happy cooking! ✨
Счастлива снова смотреть ваши видео!!

Right out of the gate with tip number one about pre-portioning butter:
Me: "You actually measure out your butter?!?!?" >manic Southern Granny cackle< 🤣😂🤣😂 "Well bless your heart!"
😄
I love the egg cracking trick, just dropping it in the bowl. I'll try more things when they come up. I only cook for myself, not often. Thank you so much. Happy Holidays from NC, USA
The best way I’ve found to keep avocados and avocado salad fresh for a longer time is by keeping the avocado pit inside the avocado half or just throw a couple pits inside the salad until it’s time to consume it
Simple and Beautiful.
My mum use to make gravy with the broth 🥰 I must start doing that you so easily forget & just throw on the compost thank you 🇬🇧
Turning broth into gravy is like a culinary magic trick!!!!
You could boil the scraps, and then use the broth for gravy while you put the cooked scraps on the compost. If you have chickens, they will eat most of the cooked scraps ( no salt, onion, or garlic for chickens). Just a thought.

Great tips...loved them all !

The bell pepper cutting open makes sense - and American Test Kitchen needs to learn this - and do this ! Will be learning them up about this method, and many other pepper-using cooks, and do it the right way. Can still make pepper strips for stir frying etc.
Gordon Ramsay's method is even better. No pith at all on the slices. I've been using it for ages and it really works. czcams.com/video/hZGqtmwboHU/video.html
I eat my grass fed butter right off the stick . I love it ❤
I love avocado shake.so I blend a batch in condensed milk and freez them in the ice tray
Like the tip about popping the avocado pit out. Never guessed that would work.
Who knew avocados could have their own little magic tricks? 🥑✨

Happy to hear you're loving the ideas! ❤️
I have always stored avocado halfs with a light brush of oil. I know lemon works a bit better but it seems I never have a lemon when I need one!
Bottled lemon juice has a very long shelf life (6 - 12 months) if it is refrigerated after opening. It's not as nice a flavor as fresh, but certainly good enough for this kind of use. It could also be used on cut apples or other fruit that may oxidize.
Oil, the trusty companion for avocado halves! 😄
@chezmoi42 I didn't think of that! Man I feel silly!!!
@@heidicowles3559 Aww, I didn't mean it to sound that way! Here, search 'bent objects lemon image' - that will make you laugh every time you use it!
@@WebspoonWorld It's true, and everyone has it on hand. I was surprised by the onion results, but I shouldn't be - they do have a lot of antioxidants and vitamin C.
I’m so using the blender idea!
Blender power to the eggstreme! 🌪️
Obrigado pelos seus conhecimentos, continue.
Blender hack🙄why have i never thought of this easier way of cleaning!✌❤🙏
Sometimes the best hacks are the ones that are hiding in plain sight!
I have always cleaned my blender this way. I don’t even remember if I learned it or just thought of it lol

It's a pleasure to watch your movies. The ideas, the execution, and the aesthetics. I have already implemented some of them. Thanks.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊
I have found avocado keeps better covered in clingwrap, and then covered in alfoil to keep out the light. Make sure the alfoil is lightly pressed into the hollow. i have kept it for 2 weeks like this.
Foil and foil avocado fortification - now that's a serious preservation strategy!
How'd you get so smart! Love your videos! Thank you!

Happy cooking! 👨🍳🍴🌟
Tks again for your tips! I put a bit of lemon juice in a container and put more juice on the Avocado half and turn upside down onto the juice in the container and put lid on. Keeps perfect for 3 days!
I however would not use aluminum foil to bake anything in.. 🧑🏻🦰🇨🇦
Keep rocking those culinary experiments, and greetings to the maple syrup land! 🍁🥑👩🍳

Another group of wonderful tips. That knife you use looks great and seems to work well for you. Are you permitted to tell me the make and model of this knife. My knives are not so good.
Thank you for showing me how to prepare a coconut without tears. I can’t tell you how many times I have ended up with a pile of shards of coconut with the attached hard shell!
