I agree! Love the accent, too! Fun and entertaining..
Wonderful tips for cooking eggs. Quickly and beautifully prepared pashot. Bravo, Alexander! and how cleverly captures the neck of the bottle yolk. Manipulating the yolk and frying them in oil is just magic! The result is crispy egg yolks. Thanks for the interesting recipes and tips. Best of luck to you guys! 🐣
Wishing you the best of luck in all your culinary adventures! 🍳👨🍳😊
OMG, those egg yolk noodles! mind blown
This was so unexpected. Lots of techniques I hadn’t ever thought of or seen before.
Thanks for that!
Happy cooking! 🍳👩🍳😊
The egg drop from that height is seriously the biggest game changer haha lazy but effective. I also found it a fun activity to involve little ones with, if they want pancakes get them in the kitchen helping & learning as early as possible :)

The hard boiled egg and the clear packing tape hack is the best thing on here! But i also love using the spring in a pen to cut hard boiled eggs decoratively. Wow
Glad to hear you found those hacks particularly egg-cellent! 🥚✂️
I saw on a video once that when you are frying sunny side up eggs, you put the eggs in the pan. When the eggs look like the whites are about half cooked, put an ice cube in the pan and put the lid on. They will steam and be done in a jiffy.
No wonder you have so many subscribers, they are great tips and hacks! When you separated the whites from the yolks with a wire tray, my first idea was eggs benedict and your idea of soaking the yolks in barbeque sauce sounded amazing. I love this channel. Thanks! 😀😊🤗
Thanks for the kind words and enthusiasm! 🍳🎉
days in the fridge like that? you better run for your life, thats just foodpoisening
Ew but it's raw and the wire didn't even fully separate the yolks.
I love the ricer being used for the eggs 👍💕
My grandmother always did this for her so creamy egg salad
You just changed my life in the kitchen. THANK YOU!
That's amazing to hear!😊
These are wonderful ideas! ...but where is the hack you had in the thumbnail picture?
Excellent ideas and tips, thank very much from South Africa ❤
Enjoy the culinary adventures, and may your dishes be as vibrant as the rainbow nation! 🇿🇦🍽️❤️
Lots of great ideas. Thank you. The only tip I can give is for easy to peel boiled eggs, use a pressure cooker with eggs half covered in water. 4 minutes on stovetop or 5 minutes in am instapot with immediate pressure release. Transfer eggs to cold water and they peel in one piece. A minute less for soft boiled.
Thank you for sharing your fantastic egg-boiling tip!

I really love your English! Thank you for all your fantastic tricks, i.e. one more way to make Benedict eggs. You are very generous when show us so many recipes. BTW, now I never boil eggs - I bake them in the oven for 30 min at the temperature 180 degrees. There are a lot of benefits: 1) you can prepare many eggs at once; 2) you can pill them easily; 3) you can keep baked eggs in the fridge for a week 4) the most important - baked eggs are more tasty than boiled ones.
Happy baking and cooking! 🍳👨🍳😊
I love Web Spoon! Every show is informative, fun!
Thank you so much for the kind words!😊
You can also make baked hard boiled eggs. Set oven to 325 degrees. Put you eggs still in shell into a muffin pan, bake for 32-35 minutes, depending upon oven. Let cool for 10-15 minutes then peel the shell. I love the taste. I usually add to refrigerator still in the shell. And used the eggs when needed. Easy to peel also.
I'm going to try this! Thanks
Do you put water in the muffin tin?
1:30 Thanks for the tip using water in a skillet.
12:15 Same process as making cascarones usually done at Easter or other Mexican celebrations. Fill the shell with confetti and when it is broken confetti goes everywhere. Same idea in making pysanky Ukrainian Easter eggs with either the whole egg or just the shell.
Thanks, always looking for new ideas for molding chocolate and the fried egg yolk at the end. Great video!
@bettyir4302 I visited Mexico when much younger, think around Easter, & when out walking & shopping, local guys would come up to me & crack a confetti filled egg on my head & smile. Odd because it was just me, nobody else in the group. Still don’t know why, but at least your comment let me know about confetti🥚😀

I am going to try your boiled egg tips. My family loves my deviled eggs but has no idea the pain staking trouble the shells cause me 😂 Thanks for all the wonderful egg tips You are purely Amazing !
Happy cooking and we're sure your hard boiled eggs will be a hit! 🥚👩🍳😊
Put the eggs in the fridge for 10 minutes, and they'll peel right off. The cold helps a lot.
First I always use about teaspoon of baking soda or salt (baking soda works better) to the boiling water. Then I removed them and put them in a bowl of cold tap water for about 5 mins and then make one crack and peel with a spoon.
I love these calming cooking videos! Creative and therapeutic! Thank you so much! 16:51

In the culinary realm, words can indeed be like chameleons - changing color and meaning depending on where you are. 😄"
Yes, technically you need oil to fry something. Cooking with water is poaching. Besides I love using olive oil to cook eggs.
It looks like a fried egg because the white is flat and spread out with irregular edges.
I like this because I can save money and calories by eliminating butter
and it fits on an English muffin for my morning sandwich!
I will try it with breaking the yolk to spread out too.
Thanks for all your egg hacks!
I looked disgusting, I wouldnt eat it.
Actually basted, white cooked thru, yolk still runny.
Thank you, great channel. Very constructive tips. I guess an old dog can learn new tricks..
Nice ideas. But not too sure about the raw egg yolk ones!
Raw eggs are not a problem, just keep a clean kitchen
Best set of egg hacks that I have ever seen. Thank you.
Happy cooking! 😊
Cooking eggs in water is not fried it's just another way to do poached eggs but nice try
Ummm….no, it is called a a fried egg using water…..he definitely poached that because he put a lid on it.
Had he NOT put a lid on and used about 1/10th of water, it is a fried egg without any oil, butter etc. Works great when you do not like butter, oil or otherwise.
Some things in here that I have to try someday. I was so happy to see you shock the eggs. When you take boiling hot hard boiled eggs and shock them by putting them strait from the pot into cold water. The colder the better. It's so satisfying when the shell comes off so easily.
Dive into those new recipes, and may your culinary adventures be egg-traordinary! 🥚💫😊

Hi there, I just found you on youtube. I really love your show! This is the first video of yours that I've watched. And I am a super huge egg lover so I'm grateful for all of your information.
I have one question - I thought that we were not supposed to eat raw egg. But when you soak your egg yolks in soy sauce or hot sauce it appears you eat them without cooking them - has the sauce somehow cooked them so that we will not get sick?❤
Always prioritize food safety, and feel free to explore various egg dishes while keeping these considerations in mind. Happy cooking! 🍳❤️

You've got to be yolking me ! Thats eggalicious! Great tips😂
Eggactly the kind of humor I love! 😄
Wonderful. Thank you.
Just a couple of suggestions.
To get a clean cut, without any yolk sticking to the knife, dipping the knife in hot water will help.
2nd, I'm sorry. But instead of straight from the carton, it might be a good idea to wash the eggs beforehand when dropping them whole into bowls.
Its fascinating to watch your hands do the presentation.

So many nice ways to use eggs. Thanks!
Enjoy trying out these interesting recipes! 🍳
One of the things that always makes me a little crazy is that no presenter ever shows how easy it is to peel hard boiled eggs under running water in the sink. The water easily gets between the shell and the white and the shell usually just slips right off (unless that egg is incredibly fresh). I know this is because it is hard to film, and because it isn't too sexy or fun. But is is the easiest way to peel eggs, and they end up nice and clean. Just set them on a paper towel to dry, and blot before using. Also, eggs can be hard or soft "boiled" by "steaming" using only about an inch of water in the pan. Heat to boiling, add the eggs, cover, and the smaller amount of water comes back to a boil very quickly, decreasing the time you spend watching or cooking them. Cooking times remain the same. I have done this for years and years and . . . you get the picture.
That’s how I peel my hard boiled eggs - under running cold water.
Its not a "life hack" unless its different. Easiest is not a factor.
Yep, me too! Sooo easy to run the water over them while cracking the shell on the sink divider. Nice and clean!
We live in an area where water is at a premium, so we would have to make sure to save the running water in a container for other uses. But we did like the idea of using a spoon to peel eggs.
@@nomadicroadratputting an egg in a small jar with a bit of water with a lid and shaking works well for me.
your fried egg hack isn't a fried egg. It's a poached and steamed egg, not a fried egg. Was amazed at your dropping eggs in a bowl to open them. Never would have guessed.
Very creative!
Where have you been my whole life..thank you so much for sharing...totally amazing...❤
