That machine is a beast for sure. When you pushed out that stump near the CZcams yacht I remembered how much effort you had put into stump removals with your JD 750 and thought "the rest of this video is going to be Captain going to every stump on his property to push it out". Taking down that tree at your brother's was a piece of cake !

SORRY for all the comments, the automatic lock in for the Dozer frame under skid steer beast is amazing. Just WOW I thought with my pee brain that you had to somehow get underneath the beast, and hook up/connect the pins, that storage rack for Hydraulic hoses is "A+" that power control hook up for that Dozer frame BOY the Engineering thought on that is just WOW.

Well, good morning Captain.....for me, it's a great day when a video comes out,. and then there was a visual of MBTS !!! i will say...kudos to DP for reaching out to CASE, and to Case as well.... for the opportunity to try out the Case Minotaur DL550. i'm a Granny, and don't know much of anything about machinery, however, i do recognize the beauty and function of the machine! You worked with the DL550 like a pro, and Case can rest easy that you are taking care of it! there's excitement in the air.....at the CZcams Yacht. i recall seeing the video where you showed us where the magic was going to happen, and lo and behold..........

CASE went over the top with this one…I saw one of these working with the dozer blade and absolutely what a BEAST !!!! Awesome your getting to give it a whirl…. Hats off to CASE for letting you try it !! It will work well for you ….👍👍👍👍👍👍
They really did,. It's very noticeable how much attention to detail they put into this machine
But can you get out with the forks up? That’s been a problem with the skid steer’s that and blind spot for setting things with forks like picking up at some heights or truck height where you don’t want to damage the bed a camera would help

Sure is, surprised how easily it filled the bucket, and I thought no way was it going tp push that tree over.

The Minotaur is so much more of a machine than one would expect from just looks alone.
The power to dig, probably because of the steel tracks far outperforms a CTL but it’s not a direct replacement for all jobs.
Looking forward to seeing it perform as a dozer now that you know some hoses need to be connected.

Rabbit turtle is like a gear? If it's got multiple gears at the touch of a button, we call that a "power shift." I don't mean to be nasty. I do like this video. I did subscribe to the channel. Thanks for posting this! The reason I brought this up is because I bought one of the first Case IH Maxxum tractor's in the country way back in 1989-1990. It was a 5140. That tractor had 4 ranges and four power shifts in each range. Anyway, one of the local "experts" asked me if it had a turtle rabbit button like his 4 cyl Ford 7700. I tried to explain the the concept of the power shift to him but he just kept asking the same question. Finally, another farmer looked at him and said. "Hey, that's a 6 cylinder Cummins in that tractor. It will eat your tractor." We used to grow onions on muck soil 50 miles NW of NYC. This area is rural suburban in nature. You don't want big heavy tractors on this type of soil. It averages 70% organic matter. So, you don't want to compact it. Anyway, it looks like you have a good channel. Take care.
This is hydrostatic, power shift is different.

You guys are making that machine shine. Under the dirt, I mean. Case did a smart thing letting y'all have at it. Case hasn't been on my radar for years and years. But they are now. I like what I see.

I think like Hyundai, Case figured letting someone really use it and really speak their mind about it; is better advertising them someone just spouting numbers in a normal ad.

Mike when case first launched that machine, I watched the Case you tube on it. It is a beast for sure. I'm thinking the first couple of owners it's going to be fine. But after a few years of abuse the fancy touch screen and other stuff will start to fail.

I really like the way the minotaur is set up. Don't know anything about heavy equip except for front end loaders and packers but I do like the way that machine is set up.
As I sit here watching Captain Kleeman wearing my new Captain Kleeman tee-shirt it feels ironic to me. This new Case machine has it going on. What a beast. It would not surprise me to see DP keep this machine in his fleet. Great video Captain, and keep up the good work, we really appreciate it. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family!!!

That Case is a nice machine, I think the fact that it has steel tracks is a game changer. I have never been a fan of skid steers, tired skid steers tend to tear up surfaces and get stuck easier, track skid steers with rubber tracks tend to damage the track easily because it rubber, that being said, would I turn down a skid if was offered or the only thing I could afford, absolutely not, just have to be mindful of what I consider some of the draw backs. Great demo sir, thanks for the ride along.

That slope into your borrow pit will be a great boat launch ramp for anyone that stays there. They can get their boat in the water and dock it right beside the CZcams Yacht while they’re there. 😉

I think it’s important to note that with Captain come across sometimes as a little bit accident prone. He is not! Dirt perfect brought this out on his podcast I think. Very competent operator.

Always clean the spot between the bucket and the arms of the machine. It's soo easy to jam rocks and dirt in there. And that'll make it hard for the hydraulic release pins to disengage and engage. everytime I'm working like this and see build up of rocks dirt. I just take a quick second to shake things off.

I have owned a couple different Case skid loaders. 90xt and a 75xt. They were two of the most powerful machines I have owned. I just hated the traction of a wheel loader. I would love to try one of these compared to what I have now! Glad you got to try it out while getting something done at the yacht!
I’ve been patiently waiting on a Minotaur video from DP and have yet to see one. Crazy that you can work part time and get a video of it up first. That thing is a beast! Can’t wait to see more of it.
