A 3 team title fight will be amazing after years of Mercedes boredom, hope to see wins to a bunch of drivers
"I will always back Daniel till the end of time." 👍👍👍
Absolutely love the guy! I'm really hoping that missing out on seat time last week doesn't put him hugely on the back foot.
Some of your predictions were on point.
Loved this video! So excited for the first race🥰
Thanks Lia! Only a few more days away! 🤩 - Chris
Loved it man
Will be attending my first GP in Montreal (NDG gal here !) what ear protection do you recommend i buy ? I’ll be close to the track in Tribune 18
3 new race winnes is a VERY bold prediction considering that I only see us having 2 new winners tops with sainz and russell getiting their win.
Maybe Lando? Or perhaps that's just me being hopeful
I wanted to leave that one other winner up for debate, but my reasoning behind it is that there's a good chance we have another surprise win this year like Hungarian GP last year! Lando would be a good shout! - Chris
Sad no race review, I hope you both somehow rank the races; I loved it last year. Especially how the podium had Hungary Grand Prix.
Damn they are right so far 🤠 Just Finished Aus GP
It’s crazy accurate so far. Lol
Agree!
6:20 So this one took no time at all to become reality!
I like how you address Merc's history of sandbagging lol. And without wanting to occupy too much of your comment section, I've got a few predicitons of my own (primarily in terms of the constructors) but also with some bold predictions of my own, so here goes!
Constructors will go as follows:
10. Alfa Romeo (but we will see Bottas score points at least twice)
9. Haas (K-Mag will make Q3 thrice, Schumacher gets 1 points finish)
8. Alpine (that Renault engine will just keep having reliability issues and catching fire, though the team will get 1 podium when everything comes together, likely Ocon. Alonso retires, putting El Plan in the rearview, Piastri moves into the seat)
7. Williams (will consistently scrap in the lower points end, like Aston Martin last year, with Albon the clear favourite but Latifi pulling some good finishes - to be fair to Nicholas, hes only been compared against George Russell who is driving for Merc for a reason. Williams calls up a junior (Theo Pourchaire perhaps) to replace Albon, who returns to Alpha Tauri)
6. Alpha Tauri (Yuki will click more but the two Red Bull teams will suffer from Honda pulling out of the sport with reliability. Honda will not be as motivated to keep upgrading the engine. I think red Bull start strong then drop off rapidly, Alpha Tauri following suit. In revenge/recognition it isn't working/typical Helmut Marko, Yuki is dropped. Lawson comes in for 2023. Gasly moves to Merc after Lewis' retirement, Albon is brought back to "run" Alpha Tauri)
5. Aston Martin (Seb is the clear favourite, though Lance puts in some good performances. Unless he has an early crash, as that always seems to rob his confidence. Seb stays on for 2 more years for an obscene amount of money that only Lawrence Stroll could pony up, in order to see the team through the development with their own wind tunnel.)
4. Red Bull (While Max makes a dash for world champ early, engine issues and lack of upgrades see them falling backwards as the season progresses. Think Button 2099 with Brawn GP, with a less dominant start)
3. McLaren (Lando throws his hat in the ring as the 3rd title contender, whilst Danny Ricc gets on top of the car and performs similarly to Sainz last year, gaining the requisite points to keep McLaren advancing as the red Bull "Honda" engines drop off. Merc brings in some amazing upgrade post summer break to their engine.)
2. Ferrari (While they have a strong start, Ferrari have a history with reliability issues and....creative interpretations of the rules which see them racking up too many DNFs or DQs to clinch the season. Their car is still absolutely gorgeous though. Charles finishes P2 in the championship)
1. Mercedes. (They pull it off, but only just. Lewis wins his 8th world title and retires. Gasly jumps ship and comes across, sealing Red Bull's fate as a middle of the pack team going forward, while the top dogs are once again Merc, McLaren and Ferrari)
Drivers Championship:
21. Jessica Hawkins, who actually steps in to replace one of the AM drivers while they are ill (hey, one can dream)
20. Zhou
19. Schumacher
18. Bottas
17. Alonso (retires)
16. Latifi
15. Magnussen
14. Tsunoda (booted)
13. Ocon
12. Albon
11. Stroll
10. Perez
9. Gasly (moves to Merc)
8. Vettel
7. Ricciardo
6. Sainz
5. Russell
4. Verstappen
3. Norris
2. Leclerc
1. Hamilton (retires)
I will be at the Canadian GP this year, all days, hope to see you there!
Welp its Nico replacing Seb, so the (admittedly extreme longshot) hope of seeing Hawkins in the car is out...
Pov: the good ending
@@lukebennett. Slava Ukraini!
What is this 🤣
And now after watching this knowing that Ferrari remembered that they are Ferrari, they are chipping away Charles’ chances at a WDC and their chances for a CC. How is it that after 15 years of trying, of car development, of “strategies”, that Ferrari have FINALLY made a race winning car but absolutely screw themselves with an engine problem or team error (yes I remember abt Charles at Imola which was driver error) I just hope that they get their stuff together and at least TRY to win because at the moment it looks like they don’t wanna win.
Latifi WDC
We are all for another Canadian to be WDC again 😍🇨🇦
Imagine finding a girl that looks like that and likes F1.....dear lord what a lucky fella!
She’s his sister
