There's nothing like forgetting you still had a corkscrew in your apron pocket and setting off the metal detectors and seeing the TSA people just shrug and ignore you. In my interview they said I'd have to shave my beard. I said no. They were like "well, we tried". That was about as much effort as anyone ever put into their job. Nobody cared about anything and everyone was unhappy all the time, and they spread it around. Truly a miserable experience. Pandemic lost me that job and all I can say is "thanks"

😂😂😂. My airport interview for O'Hare Airport in Chicago was soo different. Went in for an interview, once I passed that I went to the next stage in the process which was another interview. Passed that now I had to get a background check, my fingerprints taken, and a drug test done. Once I passed all of that I had to go in for a physical and strength test. My right leg didn't make the cut. Was 3 strength points off whatever that means so I didn't get the job. Had a bad hip then so I guess that's why I didn't pass the strength test. But damn that whole process just for a job that paid 14 an hour

I’ve only traveled two times. One seven years ago and more recently a few months ago I had to travel alone with my grandma and my grandpa who has dementia. I struggled a bit since both me and my grandparents were inexperienced (and one of them has dementia). But nothing prepared me for TSA. They were so inconsiderate and rude and the TSA officer legit rolled her eyes and sigh when I would ask some questions. Again I’m not an experienced traveler and I had to guide my grandparents so I was already a bit stressed. Last thing I needed was TSA screaming for us to hurry up.
