A large agency, in Southern California, in the Los Angeles area……that was funny! I know some of those guys (now retired), and it would have been fun to see that shoot-off.
I believe that it’s the Indian, and not the arrow. A skilled Indian (or other) who takes seriously the running/manipulation of weapons, and who spends a lot of time practicing, and perfecting the use of such, will always be in the upper tiers of performance. And that Indian will also be willing to try out developing methods as they are brought forward by others.
The CZ-75 is a very well made weapon, and works. I believe it is the only one (aside from the Bren-Ten) that Jeff Cooper thought was adequate, after the 1911. With a good RDS I think it is an excellent choice.

That half cocked ability was created by Tanfoglio not CZ. It was made for safety, just in case if you dropped a fully cocked gun it won’t go off.

Good info. The 75 is a great weapon. My only reservation with respect to edc is I’ve had trigger return springs break which requires you to manually reset the trigger for a follow up shot, ok on the range but would be a bad day in a gunfight.

That's just the fourth hidden bonus action.

Good video. Similar to Sig operation. Ignoring thumb cooking is a mistake. Thanks Gabe.

Hi Gabe, I remember an article by Jeff Cooper suggesting the approach you suggest here and the article came just some time after you went to Gunsite, it is entirely possible he got the idea from you

None of my CZs have the de-cocker...

Are what would normally be the decockers set up as safties to run the guns as single action only, or have they been converted to double action only and not need a safety. Most current production CZ-75 pistols have an Omega trigger that the user can switch out the decocker and safety by switching parts.
