Uuuuumm the incubation druid totally changes the outcome of the game...
I agree but I can also see why they did not want to scrap the game and have to record another. It did make it so the rest of the game I lost most of the interest and felt like "man this sucks that Cam just is getting wrecked now"
@@NicolBolasED Am I counting wrong? 4 instances of tax on Kinnan, meaning they cost 8{G}{U} but even with an activated Incubation druid I only see 7 Mana open (2 Crypt, 3 Druid, 1 Caryatid, 1 Paradise). Even if the black die marking 4 means it would've been the /fourth/ cast of Kinnan they were still short one mana to cast her. (As she would've cost 8 total, 6{G}{U})
This is what I get for listening to it instead of watching it haha
@@tcgaddiction2418 I think the 4 on Kinnan is counting how much the tax costs and not the amount of tax, meaning 4{G}{U}

Since it is hard to know who is who (atleast for me), it would be nice with some names on screen for who is who. i got a little confused with the yuriko attacks since i had no idea where anything was attacking (:

Yeah, don't underplay how significant that mistake was. Show mistakes by all means, it's very human because it happens but don't underplay it's significance. I truly think kinan loses that game without all the Mana incubation druid gave which allowed draws that should have never happened etc.

The table's fear of Kinnan was real.
Kinnan can go from irrelevant to game ending threat in just a turn or two, I don't think my group will ever let him resolve.

Do a deck tech for kelsien. Been brewing for over a month now and want to know your thoughts. Stole heavily from a tymna/bruse list to make but its unique and want to know how you guys would do it.
At 14:32 why not use the tutor you drew from the first trigger to put something nice for the second ? Either a counter spell or just something big (comandeer/temporal trespass etc)
What are your guys thoughts on G-Probe etiquette? I've seen full reveal to the table, saying the card names, saying what combo pieces, or saying nothing at all (all on this channel). Normally, I look, and might say "he's might go off in X number of turns."

I think this is a little bit better than "Delay", because you can avoid spells, that can´t be countered like "Dovin´s Veto", and players can`t stop it with Veil of Summer.

It's amazing in a cEDH game XD Yes, cmc4 is high, but if the decks are slow enough that's not a problem and as of lately there are almost no really fast deck out there.
(Gitrog and Godo being the two exceptions that i can think of. Rip Sidisi Ant.)

Looking at the kinnan list what was the logic behind cutting the walking ballista it seemed like a strong interaction.
It just wasn’t needed to win the game and it’s over costed interaction

7:40 Wouldn't Tyler be able to activate the mana dorks for 4 mana and put another Basalt Monolith untap activation on the stack which would then result in infinite mana to pay for the Flusterstorm?
Edit: I realise this wouldn't result in much other than sparing Kinnan from death...which I think it probably worth it considering how many times he's been removed already.

In game one, could top left player (sorry) not have used another basalt monolith untap activation to pay all the mana for swan song? Or am I missing something
I want to know why they can't use another untap triger to generate infinite colourless and win?
at 7:38 , the monolith is generating infinite mana that draw the entire library with the pirate

@@PlaytoWinMTG Can you play Evolving Wilds in CEDH? Rather, is there any conceivable CEDH deck that could make use of Evolving Wilds (for argument's sake, let's assume that you are already playing Prismatic Vista and *shudder* Fabled Passage
(This is an argument I was having with someone.)
You won't find Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse in any cEDH decklists. In cEDH you play the most optimal cards, which means lands that come into play tapped set you back a whole turn in the early game.
Out of curiousity, how many of the cards that we see are proxies?
If the deck has that gold dragon shield symbol on it, it’s probably all proxies, if it’s regular sleeves it’s probably close to no proxies

This is a newb question but why couldn’t the Kinnan player, in response to the dismember, just tap and untap basalt monolith for infinite mana? If he’s able to do something like that with Kinnan (someone targets Kinnan with a kill spell, activate Kinnan ability in response, to check top five) why can’t the same thing happen with the basalt monolith?
He could, and SHOULD have put another untap on the stack with his floating mana, he just must have missed it and misplayed

Kinnan could have won. In response to the dismember, he floated mana, if he'd used it on basalt monolith instead he would've had infinite colourless.
Cam should of won both of those games!!!!!!
Am I wrong here, but in the first game couldn't Tyler have stacked the tap and untap triggers of basalt monolith in response to dismember targeting Kinnan??? I think Tyler would've won regardless. He would've gained infinite colorless, and he just showed he had the colored mana to potentially have played Kinnan again after dismember. He would've found Thrasios and proceeded to secure the win at that point.
I though of the same thing, havent seen anyone else mention it.
