Hey guys welcome to my channel 🙏🏻
Today in this video I am cooking Ema Datshi this dish is very famous among Bhutanese and Dukpa’s from Darjeeling and Kalimpong.
Ema means “chilli”and datshi means “churpi or cheese” in the Dzongkha language of Bhutan.

Oh wow! This is one thing I haven't tried in ages. Now that I have seen it I will. I do, however, have a request. If you could please share a video on how to make 'churpi' my circle of the 'flavors of the Darjeeling hills' would be close to complete. Look forward to it. 😋

Ema Datshi is Bhutanese dish and this is supposed to be very spicy. Bhutanese people used to cook this dish with very spicy Bhutanese chilli.
But if you cannot tolerate spicy food then you can use any types of chilli according to your availability.
