Visited Bhutan in 2016. I had Ema Datshi almost every single day on my trip. Paired with some steaming hot red rice, this is pure comfort in a bowl.

This is only 2 dishes, you ll find varieties of ema datshi & ezay in Bhutan. Chilli is a vegetable and not a spice here. BTW, at first glance, thought you were a bhutanese. You can also use a spoon to eat though it taste better with hands😅
