    We don't fry ema datshi but we boiled... We put everything together and boiled and used less oil..

    Onions in this would give not that good taste. Onion fragrance will dominate

      Been making ema dazi since childhood,my mom also make it for me,so does my grand pa..
      Trust me,
      Without onion,this dish won't taste that good..

    Atleast recipe mention karo, kya dala hai, kitna dala hai, bus views ke chakkar mein you want ki insaan baar baar play karke dekha ki kya dala hai. Not good definitely

      I gotchu here's the recipe for ema dazi
      .Cut chill in half and remove seed
      .cut some onion.
      Boil chilli till it is almost cooked.
      After that,put lil butter or ghee and fry onion.
      You don't have to make it brown,when onion start becoming soft then add chilli
      Then add,cheese,
      Ema dazi is ready,but if u wanna gravy,put creamy milk in it..
      Pro tip, if u don't have cheese,you can still make it by just putting milk in it and letting milk thicken a lil..
      Ema dazi can also be eaten cold.
      Also, you can pressure cook ur chilli for quick cooking..just one whistle and open it.😮
