  • Kewa Datshi Recipe
Today I made this famous dish from Bhutanese Cuisine. Kewa Datshi literally means potatoes and cheese. It is so flavourful and thick gravy dish made with potatoes, cheese, milk, chillies, etc. Enjoy it with rice and roti. It is just like Ema Datshi which is a famous Chilli aand Cheese Dish in Bhutan.
    INGREDIENTS (Serves 3)
    Potatoes - 3 (medium size)
    Onion - 1
    Tomato - 2
    Garlic - 6 cloves
    Green chillies - 4
Oil - 3 TSP (You can use any Oil. I used Mustard Oil because I love its strong flavour)
    Salt - 1/2 TSP
    Water - 2 cups
    Milk - 1 cup
Cheese - 2 slices and 1/2 cup Mozzarella (You can use any cheese and the quantity is as per your choice)
Do try this recipe because it is very easy to make. Tell me in the COMMENTS about your experience.
