      You can use Farmer cheese or cottage cheese or Paneer for the same ☺️😊😄

      Paneer will not give you the same flavour. If you can find it use concentrated or even the mozzarella cheese you find in your supermarket.

    That's not black pepper you're using on your ezay. It's called Sichuan pepper in English, Jabrang in Eastern Arunachal and Timbur/Timmoor in Nepal.
