It looks really, really great! I love the blue with the metal contrast. To make the iscriptions marks on the purity seals I normally use a fine tip black marker. I find it easier that way.

This scheme is very similar to one that I used to use. Never made any youtube videos about them however. I do like your take on the scheme a bit better, you actually have chapter symbols on them :)
This is an awesome scheme! But have you ever considered using a smaller brush to paint details like eyes or the purity seal writing? I think it would making your painting EVEN better! [if that's possible :D]

@Ydouneed2nomyname It's possible that you watered down you paints too much to cover in one coating, did you water down the skull white/ mordian blue mixture? Priming with white is an easy fix, just put a basecoat of slightly watered down chaos black. when you water down you paints you dont want to turn them into a wash, you want to use a very, very small amount of water, just enough to make the paint flow smoothly and evenly.
@Ydouneed2nomyname Depends on the color, some colors are opaque enough to cover black in just one coating, others take more, usually your best bet is to water down your paint slightly and put multiple thin coats, allowing each to dry completely in between coats. This will usually give you smoother and more consistant coverage. What color are you trying to paint that is giving you a hard time?

@Ydouneed2nomyname Also Alexandra is a MUCH better painter than I am, but to me it looks like she always over loads her brushes with paint, if you are having trouble controlling where the paint goes try loading your brush less. I know you didn't mention that but it was a problem I had when I first started and I wish someone had told me.
Hmm is it a lid from a can of instant Coffey you use as a pallet? Rely nice scheme, fast to paint and not to lazy looking. You do understand that you MUST show us a complete army now with them, if not baby's and kittens will cry, you don´t want that do you?
I've recently received a box of the tactical marines squad as a replace for some horribly cast Dark Reapers, I'm seriously considering painting them as marines from the *Wings of Fury* chapter but with a slight twist on the color scheme. Any background fluff on your chapter GP?
Dark Angel gene seed, fleet based, home is a spacehulk names emperors fury with a ramilles space station in the middle, strong ties to the adeptus mechanikus because of the terminator armor facilety inside the spacehulk. because of that they have 3 hole companys with terminator armor.

You use the same type of highlighting as me, only you're about 500 times better at it >_

When you put the silver color on space marine, is it still drybrushing? I mean it looks too heavy to me. I though drybrushing uses very powdery paint
