It is sad that someone as smart as strange didn’t think to create a fake body that looks exactly like dr Palmer and swap it out with her just before the car crash thus preserving the timeline yet also saving dr Palmer’s life
@@Alpha-omega-beginning-and-end wouldn't work because of the fact that strange himself went back in time to his own body. Not as a person from outside.
His knowledge of that trade is still within him at the time because he rewinded time to that point basically.
He didn't do a quantum jump like the avengers did.
And even if he went back in time, he would be editing the timeline of another strange, not himself.
What is weird is how all these monsters didn't got free from him? Or did he eat them?
The gut-wrenching scream of Strange when he realized nothing he did stopped her death was just what made me cry

It's sad to think, after watching Multiverse of Madness, how Stephen talks about the death of his sister, Dona. thanks to that he decided to become a doctor. In this universe, he couldn't accept losing Christine as he lost his sister, and he tried in every way to save her, if he couldn't medically, he would do it with magic. Dr. Strange is such an incredible and complex character. I know in the episode they don't mention about his sister but it's something that marked him in his life, and we saw it in the movie.

Sinister strange universe is also corrupting but he is using darkhold to get variants of christine palmer and defeating other strange variants.
They are kind of similiar but not actually the same.

When Doctor Stephen Strange becomes something out of HP Lovecraft literature.
He literally become one.
That's what Multiverse Of Madness should've been, a grim and dark story about how Dr Strange almost ended up the entire multiverse trying to be with Christine, only to realize at the end that no matter how hard he'll try, it's just not his fate to be with her. That and sneak peeks from universes where other actors that originally were auditioned for the super heroes roles but eventually didn't get picked as the super heroes they were auditioned for are playing as those super heroes, like a Tom Cruise Iron Man, Emily Blunt Black Widow, John Krasinski Captain America (and not as Richard from The Fantastic 4), etc. The movie had huge potential but they didn't listen to the fans, and the results are speaking for themselves.
I've noticed that every episode has a bad ending. In episode one, Captain Carter is sent forward in time and doesn't get to be with Steve. In episode 2, Ego finds Peter and potentially the universe gets destroyed by those plant things. In Episode 3, Loki takes over Earth. In Episode 4, the Universe is destroyed. And in Episode 5, the zombies have taken over the earth and a lot of the avengers are dead, plus there's zombie Thanos.
there's even a bad ending in episode 9, the one where we realize that absolutely nothing from any of the previous episodes mattered

Out of all the what if episodes, this was by far my favorite
1. Deadass, this episode of What If is, by far, the saddest episode to date.
Holy shit, this was dark and depressing.
2. I loved the fact that 4 out of the 5 main actors from the first Doctor Strange movie came back for this episode.
3. The horror elements throughout this episode has me super pumped and intrigued to see what the Multiverse of Madness has to offer.
4. I seriously, seriously hope that Doctor Strange Supreme (aka Evil Doctor Strange) can appear in future live-action projects, played by Benedict Cumberbatch.

Love the work Johnny. This definitely delivered and more... much like this episode. I also love how nearly every reactor's united in following the beats; I guess this is ultimately the strength of the episode, in that it gives a Marvel flavor to a well-known format of classic tragedy.
The more I look at it the Zombies episode actually feels like a bit of a step back in retrospect to this, but we still have the rest of the season.

I loved the "What If" comics. My favorite was when Wolverine because Lord of the Vampires by killing Dracula, after Dracula had turned lots of heroes. Wolverine let the vampires loose on the humans, and it took Dr. Strange and The Punisher to stop them. Strange actually died I think, and his astral form joined with Frank Castle. Shit was crazy.
