I think people tend to forget a few key points in the original timeline. Vision, was already weak after one of Thano's minions stabbed his stone. And he was in the middle of surgery when he was attacked again. And was stabbed as well by Thano's minion again. His stone was loose, he was wounded, and was essentially dead weight at that point.
This version of vision, combined with Ultron, is at his peak power. No stab wound, no surgery, no emotional attachments that make him vulnerable. A pure, cold blooded, murdering machine.
Also Vision is a good person so he would not think to kill Thanos in such a quick and brutal manner.
The spear made him unable to phase through objects too

@@deusvult725 Exactly my point. Had Vision been at his peak physical power during the battle of Wakanda, he, at the very least, would've had a good even match against Thanos, even with the stones. I mean, if Thor's new weapon could break through Thano's stone blast, I am postive that Vision's beam blast could've done the same, if not quicker.

If you notice, the watcher only noticed Ultron was noticing him when he (the watcher) was about to say his own name: when he said "He became aware of someone else. He became aware of the....". He was about to say "...watcher". That's when he realized Ultron was noticing him not before. That's why he didn't stop talking

Yes Vision would've been able to do that. But the only reason Ultron was able to kill thanos was because he was surprised af. Thanos expected to come to Earth and have the avengers ready to face him. What he didn't expect was for Earth to be wiped, and for ultron to be standing there alone. Ultron only had a brief window of time to attack before thanos totaled him, and he took it.
Also vision's first thought would never be to vivisect someone in half. Thanos just wasnt even ready for that kind of instant death. Against vision he would have more time to react. Ultron was like fascinating ( likely about the other stones being handed to him) and then instantly kills him.

In the comics, Thanos defeats the Watcher and every single celestial with the infinity gauntlet, so Ultron winning against the watcher actually makes sense. I was expecting the Living Tribunal to appear since only he is more powerful than the gauntlet if you discount Eternity not always being a punching bag due to him reversing the effects of the infinity gauntlet when the Golden Surfer wielded it but warlock strange would do.
Edit: Also, the Living Tribunal only appears when the multiverse is in trouble. So it's really weird how he did not just show up instantly as soon or after Ultron defeats the Watcher
Tribunal is dead in omniversal canon.

I actually gasped when I saw the invisibility cloak (0:56) because it actually exists already. In Agents of Shield, they use the same tech in season 2 episode 9. It's an umbrella that drops a curtain and makes the area inside invisible. Even if Agents of Shield isn't technically MCU canon I still thought it was a cool easter egg/nod. So the tech isn't completely out of the blue.

I honestly don't think Watcher was going all out when fighting Infinite Ultron. I think that Watcher was only using enough power that would be sufficient in defending himself.
I feel like that is how it starts but as the fight continues he starts to use more and more till he pretty much is pushing his limits

Much like most versions, the infinity stones only work in their native reality, Ultron found a loophole to this by using the stones to modify his body, meaning that he can keep any powers he’s already given himself or use the stones directly on his body, though he can’t exert there influence directly on other universes.
