Ultron vs. The Watcher Fight Scene [Dr. Strange Supreme Helps] [No BGM] | What If...?

- Ultron finds the Watcher beyond the multiverse. He blasts the being and says that all universes with their chaos must be silenced. The Watcher tells it that it doesn't have to do it, and it says that it's its purpose as it flies as Watcher.
Watcher and Ultron fight and Ultron knocks his opponent out of his vantage point and down to a nearby planet. When Watcher insists that he swore an oath to not intervene, Ultron insists that it will bring peace. The two fight, falling through the multiverse, and Ultron beats the Watcher. The Watcher manages to break free and flees through the multiverse, but Ultron figures that no one can stop it now.
Later, Dr. Strange Supreme finds Watcher in his cell within his destroyed universe, and Watcher admits that he's out of options. Strange asks Watcher if he's ready to break his oath, and Watcher tells Strange that he needs his help.
The Watcher teleports Thor and the others to a pub. Then he appears and tells the group that they've been chosen for a mission that is both highly dangerous and necessary for the continuation of life as they know it. He explains that the mission needs a team, and they're the ones who hope to save every universe. They are the Guardians of the Multiverse.
The Watcher tells them that their world is under attack by Ultron or soon will be. Ultron has become a cosmic being because of the Infinity Stones it wields. Strange Supreme and Watcher figure the only way to stop Ultron is to separate him from the Stones.
What do you feel about the fight? What do you think of Ultron's power? What about the Guardians of the Multiverse? Did you find any interesting facts in the scene? The stones should not work outside themselves universe, like in TVA.
Their own universe.
It's cool as shit to look at, so your point is immediately irrelevant.
agreed. and also gamora states how her machine couldnt destroy the stones from other universes so are ultrons apparently multiversal?
@@ManuelAvila-ch7fv the stones can only work in there own universe And between them. Stones having power in other universe's isn't very lore friendly
Yeah that is the rule but Ultron bypassed that rule because he didn't PASS through the multiverse barriers he BROKE through it. Example, let's make the alternate universes like guarded buildings, the multiverse barrier is like the security gate of those buildings. Once you pass through it, anything in your possession is taken or confiscated or in this case rendered powerless, like the infinity stones in your universe. But Ultron didn't pass through the gate, instead he broke through it or destroyed it, therefore he is free to use his infinity stones in that universe because he destroyed the barriers that was supposed render his infinity stones powerless. Hope this explanation is right.
"you cannot compute the power of my will" the watcher said calmly
Indeed , as calm as I am

The watcher has great fighting skills for someone who has only been an observer.

The fact that Ultron needed six stones to sense the watcher and supreme strange sensed him with his own powers shows they are the strongest characters introduced by marvel till now. Even the watcher needed supreme stranges help for that.

I like how, according to the Watcher's, "stats," he's maxed out on everything except fighting skill.
hes like a us weak at fighting but watching yt but one different is he watch over the multiverse
Now if you think about the whole situation, if one Ultron was able to get all 6 infinity stones and fight the Watcher this also means there could be an infinite number of Ultron's that get all 6 infinity stones and fight the Watcher. Meaning if all the Ultron's teamed up they could destroy the entire multiverse let alone 1 Ultron doing that
@@knie1172 the watcher is an interesting character because as we can see he's definitely not all powerful and even the guardians of the multiverse, which he chose, barely won
I mean can you blame him dude never fought anyone
Well he was called " the watcher" not " the fighter" for a purpose
All those powers..... and it all comes down to a fist fight.
As said by Cinemasins, Ultron has the power to control all energy, time, space, and reality itself, he can literally do anything that he thinks of, while the Watcher has the knowledge of everything that has happened, is happening, and ever will happen, literally the knowledge of the multiverse itself at his fingertips
So yeah, them relying on fists mainly is pretty lame
Idk, it feels like it shows that even with all those powers, they still have to rely on their on physical fighting sort of way
@@Derpzilla-tw2ox I mean what do you want them to do, fire beams of light at each other for 5 minutes?
@@mattkominsky9476 How about show Ultron use all six stones, maybe some combo abilities between them, while the Watcher uses the immense power and endless knowledge he possesses to quickly find ways to counter them, while trying to find a proper way to harm Ultron?

@@Derpzilla-tw2ox Honestly, i think Ultron was kinda nerfed in these fights, except the Watcher one. I mean, look what he did here, against the Guardians he did nothing like that. Besides, he died to a virus. In my opinion, That’s bullshit

To be honest, the series sucks, it's pointless and stupid, a lot of unfunny jokes, and ill-conceived. He had such potential... And he was squandered like a chibeeverse.

The fact that the Watcher was able to hold his own against the Full Might of the Infinity Stones which was being used by A crazy overpowered Ultron
Whats more crazy is that he was holding his own against it too
This is full of plot holes right
There are an infinite number of universes that have ultron possessing the 6 infinity stones, and if this 6 stones are all we require to break the multiverse, the mcu would have ended a long time ago
@@hoiljakej_rdedo5696 I don't think that's a plot hole, moreso that Ultron winning and having the intent of exploring the multiverse is extremely low considering that he only left because he sensed and heard the Watcher. Sure there are an infinite number of universes where the same thing can happen but there is also an infinite number of universe where some rando on the street or some side character also goes evil, kills everyone, and wants to travel the multiverse. It's not a plot hole it's a special case scenario that was exclusive to this version of Ultron. Plus, very little characters in the MCU had a plan of collecting the Infinity Stones to destroy everyone in the universe and leave
the watcher is last time i checked, in the top 10 of marvel's cosmology, he is quite literally one of thee top 10 most powerful beings in the entire infintie marvel multiverse.
The Watcher makes Thanos look like a joke.
Both the watcher and ultron do that tbh with you…

@@bloodspittingspartan5002 yeah he does

If anyone is wondering why Ultron can use the Stones outside of his own universe, one of the writers said in an interview that the Stones would not work ON anything from outside their own universe, however, since Ultron is from his own universe, he can use the Stones on himself to give himself a bunch of power-ups and attacks and shit. It's basically a loophole for him to be able to do insane shit while still technically adhering to the rule about the Stones. And when they eventually return to Ultron's origin universe in the finale, he can then do all the stuff.
The writers do what it came to his own will
Wow
That’s just lazy writing

You forget that the Watcher cannot intervene! So he can't use his full powers. He was just defending himself so he could interfere as little as possible. That's why he only fought and then ran away when he saw he would have to use his true power.
So if he was using his full power he would easily wipe the floor with ultron and the the stones

I think, watcher's objective is to keep the impact as minimum as possible, that is why, he would have chose party thor, as he won't make much of an impact in his own universe
Watcher needed very specific set of skills. Planner (Carter), Thief (T'challa), Power (Strange), Distraction (Thor), Distraction By Cover Plan (Gamorra) and somebody who was power hungry enough to enter ethernal battle with Zola (Killmonger). It was all part of a plan.
To see the Watcher hold his own against Infinity Ultron is magnificent.
0:07 when I find the controller for my tv
I loved this series so much, this scene had me on the edge of my seat! The watcher fighting a infinity ultron!? The fight scene was epic, I love how they fought through the multiverse like they were just on a stroll through the town, incredible!
Imagine Stan Lee walks up and says, "Screw you Ultron, I've had enough of your crap!" then literally erases him.
that's exactly what The-One-Above-All is, it's basically the writers lol
How to kill ultron:
1. Wait for a windows update
2. Forced shut down
3. Multiverse is safe
4. Get some shawarma somewhere in new york.
5.Stop supporting everything from Marvel.
Theory as to why the stones work in other universes:
They can work in any reality that branches from the point of origin of these stones. So as long as the timeline branched after the creation of the stones, they can work in any universe branching from that point forward.
If the stones were created at the beginning of the universe, that means that universes where they don't work branched in a fundamentally different way. It's like the difference between the offspring of one plant and another plant. A fundamentally different "universal seed" was planted per se, in realities where the stones don't work. They work in realities whose "seed" they spawn from in a manner of speaking.
I like this
But the infinity crusher failed specifically because it was designed to destroy different infinity stones so that means they _are_ travelling between different multiverses with different infinity stones.
@@satirevampire2038 thats either just an error they made or there's some deeper weird meaning
@@satirevampire2038 Then it’s just that those universes have a different point of origin.
The writers have said the stones only work on things from their own universe. Ultron couldn't use them on The Watcher, but he was able to use them on himself to make himself infinitely more powerful.

The Living Tribunal has yet to appear in the MCU. That being can blink a universe out of existence like Galactus can do with a planet on a whim.

did anyone noticed that captain america in one universe says : " STEVEN GRANT rogers" 1:43
That fight scene reminded me of one of the "What If?" Comics for the Avengers fighting Galactus instead of the Fantastic Four.
As they fail, call in the entire roster, including reserves and Galactus continues, a desperate Watcher finally intervenes and decks Galactus in a two-page spread splash panel. His response?
"Your blow is strong, Watcher, for one unaccustomed to battle."
I think these scenes were from the animated show "what if" thats probably why they're similar.
Anyone here after Dr Strange MOM notice the similarities in breaching the multiverse barriers.
Yes, I love the consistency.

We really not going to talk about how Mustafar and Vader's castle can be seen in that shot
CBR also theorized whether Ultron really went to Star Wars Universe or not.
That’s insane , so he not only tried destroying the marvel multiverse but literally all multiverses
1:22 that slap tho
What if, Ultron never left his universe. The stones are still there, but one of his bodies is outside. While the stones are powering it from within his universe.

Ultron was getting stronger and stronger by every minuteas as you can see a detail when he enters the watcher's chamber for the first time he needed all six infinity stones power. And moments later the infinity stones are not glowing. Meaning he is getting less depended on them. This shows us how powerful Ultron actually is.
I wanna see more of him, like him actually winning and then someone going back in time to stop him, he was and actually has the potential to be the most powerful being ever
Here's a quick question:
How he uses his stones in different universes......
He is in watchers space thingy. He gets stronger every second there. Notice how first Ultron needed all the stones to just exist in watchers place thing. Whatcha Canadian lad, its a yt channel.

Watcher: oh, no.
Ultron: oh, yeah.
So this is actually a paradox because the watcher actually lives in between realities which means that in his fortress per se the Infinity Stones nor The Infinity gauntlet would work. You can also see them fighting through different realities same thing Infinity Stones from reality do not work in a different reality so it kind of doesn't make sense
That's what I was thinking too. Infinity stones only work within their own universe. So ultron should be powerless fighting the watcher in his dimension.

I absolutely love the art style here
I don't think we've seen the last of Ultron! This scene was SO EPIC and Scary. It literally sent shock waves threw the tv series and the movie verse like WOW 👍👍 haha. Marvel can do so much surprise with this just imagine?!..
I loved the scene where Ultron was punching the Watcher which shattered a lot of realities. Btw, I'm gonna say something about the Infinity Stones. Everyone says that the gauntlet is universal. It is but not always.
Proofs that make the Infinity Gauntlet (Marvel Comics) above universal:
1) Thanos with the gauntlet was once able to shake the Beyond-Realm which exists outside the multiverse.
2) In "Thanos Annual", Thanos' gauntlet worked in Mephisto's hell which was a multiversal place like the Nexus of All Realities.
3) In "Avengers/Ultraforce", Loki once used the Mind Stone on the Grandmaster in Ultraverse which was a multiverse.
4) The Soul Stone worked in the dimension of Count Abyss.
5) Captain America used the Infinity Gauntlet to stop a universe from colliding it to their own universe only to be get destroyed.
6) In "Secret Wars" (2015 comic book), during the numerous incursions, the multiverse was nearly destroyed. God Emperor Doom merged all the remains of several realities in one realm called Battleworld. It makes the place to be multiversal. Black Panther's gauntlet worked there.
7) Thanos went around a lot of timelines in a "Silver Surfer" comic.
8) Magus with the Gauntlet easily affected even his Universe from future and merged it with Earth-616.
9) Recently in a comic, it is stated that the Soul Stone contains a pocket dimension which was as large as a multiverse.
10) In "Infinity Wars: Sleepwalker", it was shown that the pocket dimension of the Reality Stone contains all the events that happened throughout the multiverse as comic books.
Proofs that make the Infinity Gauntlet universal:
1) In "JLA/Avengers #2", Darkseid found the Infinity Gauntlet and attempted to use it only to learn that the stones don't work on other universes other than the universe they belong to.
2)In "Fantastic Four #570-574", Reed and his other alternate selves tried to use it in order to solve everything only to find out that the stones don't work on alternate realities.
Holy eargasms, the sound effects are so good

Easily, I wanna see more of infinity Ultron, it would be insane if in the secret wars and Kang dynasty that when Kang wins Infinity Ultron actually apears and destroys him and is the new threat, then he destroys the multiverse , but then hero’s from the past try and change that by going back in time in that particular universe

I like how when the Watcher is hit, there's a split second of other realities peeking through. One where Wakandan society is where New York is today and another with every New Yorker being a Kree. Just split second glimpses.
Amazing how beings like themselves still do hand combat.
Beings like them don't need hand combats. They just THINK you're dead and you're dead.
Maybe it's exactly because beings at that level have so much of both "magic" offense and defense that the exotic stuff just bounces off and it rolls over back to needing to throw hands.
why thanos who had all infinity stones didn't aware about Watcher existence while ultron was able to sense the Watcher presence after collect all infinity stones?
Most likely because Thanos had a specific goal in his mind and he didn't really care about exploring stone's true potential. Ultron, on the other hand, wanted to eradicate all life as we know it with any means necessary, thus he used them as best as he could.
No. Thanos did not have all stones. You remember the hand of Thanos after using the stones?! His hand was almost destucted by stones, so he could not use them much time. But Ultrone did not get destructed by stones, he can use stones as much as he wants.
Different stones in different universe have different level of ability
Bcs thanos didn’t obliterate the entire universe like ultron did , the watcher even states that ultron gain a higher level of consciousness bcs there was nothing and nobody in his universe but ultron which made him aware of the watcher
ultron himself is an ai made from the mindstone his much smarter and has much more knowledge then thanos thats the reason IMO
