Mordo appears, and Kills Thanos by using the Staff of The Living Tribunal's ability to instantly constrict itself around his neck, then ports Thanos's head away with the extra sling device he stole that he wrapped around the Staff. It makes him impervious to the Stones effects, and it can be used to call The Living Tribunal. Mordo hated Strange & Everyone so much, and knowing the staff protected him, didn't do this in the MCU timeline. (Now with altered timelines, varients, etc., who knows?) Thanos barters w/ Lady Death to bring His Gamora back, but has to take her place for a bit in one issue. Yes, Thanos & Deadpool meet on occasion w/ Lady Death. It is Hilarious!!!

I have to agree on that he's not a real person just a machine a few one's and zeros he (really an it) shouldn't be able to use them as if he/it were a real person. I mean there are only a few beings capable of using the stones bare handed Yet he was able to just hold and use 2 no problem It's not like hes a special being or made of some special material where that could be understood just regular Earth materials far as I know right. But Back on topic at the end of the day hes not a real person he has no soul or true mind for them to connect to so should the stones react to him at all if he had them.

The snap wouldn't work on Ultron or vision. What I REALLY wanted to see with the snap.... A few superVILLAINS effected by the snap. Imagine Galactus watching the silver surfer dust away!! I still wish/grave the same storyline but with DC & Marvel specifically, Ultron & Brainiac and Thanos & Darksied. I just want Thanos to team up with Darkseid along with his army which will have fusions with Darkseid's parademons, especially would love to see the Black Order working together with The Elite. Lastly, a 3-way fusion of Ultron, Sigma & Brainiac would be just as cool & very powerful. I also know that this will never happen, at least in my life time, but a child can dream & fantasize.
Aside from Thanos being a simp for Mistress Death, it's ironic that Sigma from the Mega Man series would again cross paths with Ultron again after death battle match years ago.

Not really. Ultron is the best Avengers villain for a reason. Thanos wins most fights by sheer force but Ultron is that super computer that was a existential threat to the team while Thanos posed a intergalactic threat to the universe.
Thanos has been a problem for the Avengers for some time, but Ultron has been doing that longer than he has.

First you watch the Avengers roflstomp HYDRA, then they get damn near wiped out by Ultron. And he kills one of them. And thousands of Sovokians. And if his plan had been successful, it would have wiped out most biological life on earth.
You can argue that the movie was a bit too Joss Whedony and they didn't really get the personality of Ultron right, but 'not a threat' isn't really an argument you can make about the guy.

Like the MCU's what if was able to circumvent the rule because the "universes" were branching timelines from Earth-199999, so any branch can use stones from another branch.

There are exceptions. Like how Loki used the main infinity gems to destroy the rest, as the main are the most powerful.
Except these would be the "main" stones from this game's verse, rather than the actual main verse.
That was a Retcon in the first place, originally the stones works everywhere then Hickman retconned them to only work in their native universe. Back then there's no alternate infinity stones, read classic infinity gauntlet and sequel with magus acquiring the infinity gems ,also Avengers/ultra force
