Now it's been 4 weeks!! Here are my results. I'm at 12.1kg after 4 weeks, 3rd week and 4th week Sunday dinner, I cheated. Also did jogging daily for 1hour.

This is my go to diet. I do most of what was suggested but replacing dinners with just a fruit and plenty of water. Not eating after 7pm! Add light work out plus 100 set ups a day. Lost over 10kg in 2 weeks. Warning: first 5 days is HARD! I eat spoonful of honey whenever I am light headed. My advice is to don’t jump into this diet straight away. Cut your usual food intake for the first week and cut the bad stuff. The aim is to get your body used of eating less. Then do the egg diet the following week.

Hi guys! :) Here to share my experience to you! I did this diet for 3 weeks but i did a little modification by adding some form of healthy carbs for breakfast (wholemeal bread with pb, oatmeal with some fruits) as i'm a student and i usually need a fare bit of carbs in the morning to keep me energized throughout the day. Other than that, I followed everything else that is stated :) I'm down 11kg now and I do cardio and strength training 3-4 times a week. This really made me more confident and the progress this goes on 😊. To whoever is going this diet, rmb to eat healthy and dont beat yourself up. If you want to eat some high carb foods, go with healthier options like wholemeal but in moderation ofc since this is a low carb diet. Goodluck everyone! ♥😉
Can u help me pls so I didn’t realize that in my salad for the past 4 days there was chick peas and I am pretty sure they are a source of carbs will I still get the same outcome if I ate a few of those also there were little pieces of cheese and I am afraid that all these days are wasted also pls help me I also only ate the first days meals cuz I didn’t have time to keep changing them up like the vid did is that ok?

And when it comes to lunch I eat 1 chicken Breakfast and cup of salad mixed with a fruit of my choice and dinner only yoghurt with cucumber or salad. Good luck I hope you reach your goal

I did this for 2 weeks while my husband was abroad visiting family, it was much easier while he wasn’t there to interrupt my diet! I worked out about 3/4 times in the 2 weeks and lost 5 kg, I felt great and went from having my 4th child 5 months earlier a size 14 back to a size 10/12 👍🏼

Today is Monday, I started the diet two weeks ago on Monday. I had two days where I didn’t follow the exact plan, but stayed low on calories. I had one cheat day where I ate lots of Chinese. I started at 93.8kg, and now I’m 85.1kg. The physical transformation is tremendous, my stomach is now completely flat, which is a phenomenon I’ve never experienced in my life. If you’re debating whether to start this diet, I encourage you to do so, and to be faithful to it the whole way through. Try to only weigh yourself half way through. You need to learn to be hungry, and overcome urges, but you will so thank yourself two weeks on!

I modified the diet a little bit though ..' for exemple i Always eat 2 boiled eggs in the morning, but sometimes i eat an orange or an apple, a kiwi instead of citrus everyday. I drink a lot of tea, my sugar consumption in near 0.

Since I follow low carb diet and in this video they have showed zero carb diet which is very difficult to maintain. I would suggest you to follow low carb diet . And please do not go for keto diet it's harmful. Check your weight weekly. Go to gym regularly or do cardio everyday upto 30mins. U will see significant changes within a month . And please give me feedback

This diet is great. Started 3 days ago and so far, I have lost 3.6 lbs. It doesn't leave me starving....It actually fills me up. Keep it mind to drink lots of water (preferably 1 gallon a day)....and I only walk 2 miles every other day. I am happy with the results I am seeing. 😍

It works for me, I dropped from 200lbs to 189lbs after the first week. I did not follow the lunch part, since I do weight lifting after lunch, one yam won't be enough, so I switched to one egg and salad.

Hi everyone. So around this time last year i did this diet for 1 month and lost about 10 kilos in total, i did lose about 7 kilos in the first 2 weeks but then slowed. I put weight back on again but that was my own fault, i like junk food. Back on this diet again, not as strict as last year but still lost about 5 kilos in 4 weeks. If you want fast results, be strict, it works.

You helped me a lot, in two weeks I really lost my weight
A girlfriend and I tried this for two week 100% in on everything they said to do. Granted if you are use to eating a lot this diet is very hard at first the portion control on it is difficult, but if you can stick with it, it is 100% worth every second, by the end of the two weeks I lost 15 pounds which is crazy I still cannot believe it and I feel better than I have in a long time. I did show this video to my doctor towards the end of the first week to see what he thought he did say that if you plan on being on this diet longer than the two weeks to add in a whole grain or rolled oats once in awhile and to substitute the hard boiled eggs for more chicken or in my case because I have really low iron, steaks. Consuming eggs at this volume for too long can cause cholesterol issues. But my friend and I are continuing on with modifications will see how the next two weeks go as we start week 3 today! Also something that helped me personally to fill the void in the beginning I used sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk twice a day!

I'm not an expert but if you keep exercising and keep having healthy meals then you should be able to maintain your weight. Just keep exercising and you will feel happier + healthier :)

Here's a low calorie meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 kiwi and 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: 1 cup of yogurt or 1 slice of bread with a slice of ham
Snack: 1 cup of baby carrots or 1 cup of strawberries
Dinner: any plate with a maximum of 600 calories
You'll be eating around 940 calories a day
And it sounds better than this eggs..might try

I ate 2 hard boiled eggs every night after breaking fast and i lost 2 kgs in 3 days! Btw i avoid sugar, oily food, ice , rice and i did a full body cardio for 10 minutes (it was hard 😭)
Just started my 7th day, I was 96.5kg at the start and on the morning of the 7th day I weigh 92.9kg. I must say that I've done hardly any exercise during this period. Not feeling too bad so far I must say. Hoping I can hit 88kg by the end of this!

I only have a cup of tea for breakfast and for lunch I eat a couple of bananas or apples and a Fitbar for a snack.

Yes I am because after those two weeks I maybe loose 10 kg but then after 4 weeks I get those 10kg back with additional 5kg to it. Jojo effect. 2 apples for lunch is the most unhealthy nonsense I´ve ever heard.
You are absolutely right Nathalie. it is common knowledge that these quick diets are fads, and don't last. starving your body is cruel and punishing. eating less is a different thing, controlling sugar intake, fizzy drinks Ever, etc. while exercising. that's how you make it last, with patience, self-discipline, and self-love.
lost 16 kilos in 7 day maybe it will look so sort of miracle but thanku so much with intermittent fasting and this diet plan combined together with a walk for 3 km every day got me to this i was 91.7 im about to meet my bmi of 74 soon i hope ill be able to make it by end of day ten ! I calculated it, and it is about 900-1000 calories per day, which is about 300-200 calories lower than the minimum recommend calories. I'll be trying it with my friend, I'll comment after the first week, and then the second week to show my progress.
