  • Talk's Julia Hartley-Brewer is joined by The Spectator's Gavin Mortimer to discuss the latest on the French election.
French President Emmanuel Macron has decided to keep Prime Minister Gabriel Attal in office for now.
Attal had previously indicated that he would tender his resignation, although he added that he was willing to continue in the position on an interim basis, but said the decision lay with the President.
The final result of the French election is reported to be: New Popular Front: 180, Ensemble: 159, National Rally: 142.

The world has changed - globalization had got the upper hand!
The massmedia can´t see it, 1/3 of voters can. Why? Because the main battle-front between the working class and the capitalist (and his protector, the bourgeoisie state) got secondary.
The main battle line moved into the international space and the battle rages between the national interests and ones of supra-national capital.

France is 551,500 km2 territory wise which is the biggest in western Europe. It has huge fertile farm land. Its landscape is breathtaking and has a sub tropical climate in the South. On the other hand England' s territory is 130,310 km2 which is less than 25% of France. In short France is the oldest and biggest very important European country. Anything happens in France will affect the rest of western Europe. as it did happen during Napoleon.

and it fell. democracy fails where most ppl vote for one path yet politicians unite despite interests to force another path. because muslims do not have the same path as the ordinary french ppl. ask them about apostate or gay rights. no such thing. and overall christians must be subdued. it's in their Quran and Hadiths. 😮‍💨
