    Diabetes is one of the world’s fastest-growing chronic diseases. Diabetes is a collection of diseases characterized by elevated blood glucose. There are multiple types of diabetes, but each involves the body’s inability to use glucose for energy. According to the CDC, 463 million adults have diabetes worldwide. In the United States alone, 34.2 million adults have diabetes, 10.5% of the population. Of the 34.2 million U.S. adults with diabetes, approximately 7.3 million of those are undiagnosed. (ADA, 2020). In fact, approximately 90% to 95% of all U.S. diabetes cases are Type 2. (CDC, 2019). Type 2 diabetes is incredibly widespread, but the good news is that it can be preventable (and prediabetes can be reversed). The best way to keep it at bay is by living a healthy lifestyle, which means a well-balanced diet and regular exercise.
    If you live with type 2 diabetes, exercising regularly can help you manage your blood sugar levels and weight. It may also help you reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke, reduce cardiovascular risk factors, and promote overall health. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) encourages people to get at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week.
    If you’re considering starting an exercise program, it’s a good idea to consult with a doctor first, to make sure there are no restrictions or special precautions.     Im 24 yers old and i got type 2 i was so upset and depressed, but once i found ur veido i gain my my life back, today i workout in my house and after the workout i feel much better, and im ready to change my life style for sure ❤ thank you 😊

      Damnn these dease are going to hurt a lot of the future ppl now and days, my grandma got diebetes age 67 barely 2 years ago and me 24 :( sucks but we gotta work through it peeps even doe it hurts

    Thank you! In my fifties, got type 2 diagnosis last year, turned around my eating, but excercise is tough to get started on and keep at. Something about this makes me smile, sweat a little, and feel that just 10 minutes every day will help improve my health.

    So it's spring here in Central Illinois and I'm digging new garden beds. Whew! I limit myself to about 2.5 hours every 2 or three days and then, Caroline, I have to choose some of your videos to do on the other 4 (with one moving rest day, too). Yesterday in the garden was very tough for this 65-year old. But today I did 10 minutes of butt lifting, 10 of abs and 10 of this great cardio. Perfect for today! You have so many videos that I always have many to choose from. Thank you so much!

    You're a great coach! Your supportive language is so important. Now your promised results are kicking in; I've lost weight and am gaining in fitness.       After I felt guilty about eating a part of my husband’s dessert of chocolate cake tonight, I remembered how great I felt this morning after doing this workout, so I did it again! Too bad I forgot to test my glucose before - I am sure it is lower now! Thanks again! 😘
