I am (55yrs,56kg) diabetic for 10 yrs.I started only from 1st July first two days I did level 1 now I can finish 1and 2 very easily .My sugar level fell from 241 to 165.All credit goes to you ,Caroline 😘😘😘 I am determined to continue.God bless you with all happiness and success in every sphere of life 😘😘😘😘

      @@chandruambika9815 I exercise at 6-30 p.m before dinner which I take at 7_30 p.m and sleep at 10-00 p.m...very effective exercise for diabetes control...just do it and notice the changes if you are diabetic...best wishes ♥️

    I'm so thankful you share all these simple yet energetic exercises. I started with my sugar level at 188. After the workout it's 145. 💖 It was worth the sweat. 😅

    Thank you Caroline for this exercise! It's helped me tremendously. Since lock down 4 months ago, I had a blockage from my throat to my chest plate. I tried everything with the doctor, hospital and herbal medicines but nothing worked. I stumbled across your exercise workout 1 and 2 and also 10 ways to manage diabetes. I do 1 and 2 in the morning and the 10 ways in the evening. I've been at it for a week and I am so happy to tell you that my blockage has gone away! I can eat and drink and I have got my life back. Thank you Caroline. I will carry this on everyday. Keep up the good work! x

    The greatest feeling as I watch my readings slowly drop it keeps me inspired and keeps me returning every day 🎉. Also, I love the after meal walk, which I do as well. Thank you Caroline .

    Usually alternate level 2 & level 3 in the later part of the day,an hr before dinner. I worked on level 1 in the mid morning and always end each level with yr stretches . Have been doing these exercises Everyday for the last 3 weeks. Has dropped a kg but it is the sweat that I really need.Thank you so much for sharing

    Hi Caroline, these r amazing exercises . It really helped me to reduce my daily sugars. I also enjoy & feel fresh after these. I mostly combine 1st with 2 nd or 3 Rd:. I also tried chair exercises I found them wonderful. Thanks a lot

    I am diabetic, and that Neuro one cream you recommended makes my feet feel better. I have to admit l am not crazy about working out, but I have to do it because I don’t want my diabetes to get any worse. I am pretty focused though. I usually do 30 minutes a day. Monday through Friday. I try to eat as good as l can. I exercise my cat’s too. I had one with diabetes and it was awful for the poor thing. This workout was pretty fast so l don’t feel bad about not doing 30 minutes. I also did some dancing 💃
