- Since the ASUS BTF hardware got announced I have wanted to do a custom water cooled PC and hide as much of everything as possible. Come on this journey with us because you might learn a thing or 2 about water cooling along the way!
The whole idea was to make it look very clean and simple but it is anything but.

Some of the hardware used in this build
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-BTF WIFI
Graphics card: ASUS TUF GAMING RTX 4070 TI SUPER BTF
CPU: Intel Core i9-14900K
Water Cooling Gear: It's a mix of Corsair and Bitspower. Most of the fittings are Corsair but there are a few Bitspower fittings in there too.
Case: ASUS TUF GAMING GT302 ARGB WHTTE

Oh my goodness. Look how far we have come with these motherboards. I love the design of the BTF motherboards. It lessen the visibility of your cable management inside your case. For the advanced BTF, now it seems so easy to plug one in the MoBo without the extra cable. I love it. It really is the future.

Der Bauer had a custom block that had the inlets and outlets for the pipes on the back behind the motherboard. I imagine on an 011 case one could mount this and feed the lines into a radiator with the tubes mounted backwards so there would be no cables or tubes shown.

The BTF hardware is game changing for the people who want easy cable management. Personally, I love the whole minimalist design so this is just right for me. My favorite part about the BTF ecosystem (design) is the fact that the cables are hidden in the back, which in turn , makes the build look cleaner and the build process (also you don't need to spend your hard earned money on cable extensions) , of course it comes with some drawbacks, such as case limitations, but I think it's a miniscule price to pay for the clean look. Also I hope this design reduces the 12VHPWR connectors burning problem. Love the build BTW, looks clean!

The motherboard powering the graphics card gets rid of cable clutter and the result is just stunning. The Corsair radiator and tubes are also aesthetically pleasing. Really fun to see a watercooling video. I've been curious and thinking about building one for years now, but never felt confident enough to want to actually run water and potentially ruin the PC. All these tips and tricks from Nick are helpful! Also the machine looks great obviously.
