    I’ve been doing this routine 2-3 times a week for the past month. It’s challenging but good for beginners. Please do more Pilates bar routines!

    I just found your videos - loved this exercise more than other ones I've done! I only have a pilates bar... Wondering if you'll do more video's with the bar?
