    A little correction. Start me up hoga kafi iska mtlb ye ni ke fat jda gain ho raha hai. Wo water intake aur loading ke wjh se spike krega. Need to observe really well after 1 month of bulking. Then the graph will become little slow, and if not, then you’re really gaining fat.
    It’s subjective but I heard this from Sam Sulek and agree with him on this.

      Your fats are turning into muscles so the weight is same but you are building muscles and losing fat at the same time... no problem

    Bhaiya mai 8kg dumbbell shoulder press lagata hu week mai 2 baar, kaafi time hogeya par meri strength increase nahi ho rahi rep range bus 11-8-8 hi aati hai,
    Toh kiya mai strength increase karne ke liye daily shoulder press laga sakta hu koi problem toh nahi hai?

      Improve your diet. Next week try with 10 kgs and push to 10 reps, then fir next set drop to 7 kgs and then 5 kgs. Try this for your next 2 shoulder workouts

      That most probably means you are on maintenance or little surplus calories and also means that your body composition is changing towards muscle mass from fat

      Muscle size increases at a very slow pace and bcz we all watch ourselves in the mirror daily, it’s hard to notice those changes. Best way is to click a picture of pf yourself and click another after 2-3 months to compare

      I was facing the same problem. But then I met some relatives after 2-3 months and they were like, YOU'RE BIGGER... So YEAH. Its a slow process. Enjoy It!

      Use creatine 3grms pre workout for 10-12 days then post workout only… it will take approx 15-20 days to feel the strength then you may continue post workout 3grm-5grms
