    But my diet is very difficult
    Maine har roj 1killo moong
    1killo kala chana (chickpeas)
    Khaya
    Ise ma mixer me powder bna kar kha ta tha
    Phle 4-5 din difficult laga par fir adat ho gyi
    So I gained 11kg in one month
    180rs ek din ka lagya to one month ka 5400 rs hua 👌

    I've seen on many websites that ectomorphs should go to gym 3 times / week and mostly perform compound lifts and the recovery of ectomorphs is slow as compared to other people so they should take more rest and it will also help in Saving calories as you are not burning your calories in workout , what should i do ?     I am from Surrey from last 2 years and when I was in India, I was a fat and even I had Man boobs and a large stomach. But from last 1 year I have worked on myself and burned the extra fat. I worked without any supplement and all my body is natural. No doubt I have gained a lot of strength but I not have big muscles.
    Now I look very lean, so I want you to help me in getting bigger. Removing my clothes give me a good look on beach 😂, but while wearing clothes I look so weak and thin. I want to get some bigger.
