- Some people especially beginners who wish to gain weight are not able to eat in calorie surplus which is a must for weight gain. Therefore, I have given 3 Easiest Homemade weight gain shakes for beginners. These shakes are easy to make and no supplements have been used and you will start to gain weight in 15 days. At the same time they are easy to digest and since liquid calories are bit easy to intake, these will definitely help in providing surplus calories.
Usually 500-700 calorie surplus per day is recommended and hence all of these shakes provide roughly 600-700 calories. So, is is advised to fulfil basic calorie requirement through solid food and add these shakes for surplus. Once you do that, you will be able to gain healthy weight easily.
