    Please add a running commentary explaining the features available as well as the existing ones. this will be particularly help the potential buyers who have to travel some distance to see the model home.

      Hello Guy, thanks for your feedback. I believe I’ve seen your comment across a few videos so I want to address this: features, options, HOA fees, lot premiums, pricing, etc are all subject to change by the builder. And I have a lot of additional information that gets updated regularly that I share with clients.
      While I always include pricing in either the thumbnail/description, I provide any additional information to clients and subscribers who reach out. That way my content doesn't feel misleading to the people who continue to reach out from videos posted months ago when the builder/community has undergone changes since then.

    It would be nice if you pointed out what was included, and what was an upgrade
    Also, do you have any lower priced homes say two bedroom two bath?
    A couple other things that would be helpful, is including the taxes and insurance hOA's etc. Taxes providing you are using the homestead exemption.
    I just subscribed to your channel looking forward to see what you have to offer as I am serious buyer looking to move back to Florida!

      There are some 2/2s with a den that start at ~$380,000 for new construction in the area; however those will almost exclusively be in HOA neighborhoods (there are some smaller 3 bed homes not in an HOA). Taxes, insurances, HOA fees all change over time and I don’t want my videos to be misleading as I still have viewers who reach out months after the video is posted.
      Since you said you’re a serious buyer, I’d recommend reaching out so that we can talk in detail about what you’re looking for and so I can share the information available that you would need when deciding where and what to call home. These videos show what some of the new constructions options look like in the area rather than trying to be a comprehensive DIY guide, so when we talk I’ll mention some other homes that for whatever reason can’t be their own standalone video😄

    How long does it take to build one, do you have any ready to move in homes?

      They take ~8 months to build once you start the process and decide on a home/lot. Right now there aren't any move in ready homes of this model available.
